I wouldn't recommend this Riad to anybody. It's small and unattractive, the walls are thin as paper, you'll hear phones ringing from the lobby, wifi was terrible, beds were more or less uncomfortable and the room was way too small. Nothing deluxe about this place. The only good thing about it is the location.

The hotel is just clean enough to be acceptable, but furniture is shabby. The make truculent accounts when you check out. They charged me 4 euros per night per person even if the reservation said 3,50. Other Roads charge 2,50. They gave me very unfair currency exchange and the employee got very very angry when I made him notice that everything in the bill was incorrect.

Riad bello, caratteristico nel cuore della Medina, personale gentilissimo , molto collaborativo. Il Riad non e' confortevolissimo, almeno non ha gli standard di confort che generalmente ci si aspetta in vacanza. Le stanze sono molto piccole, alcune prive di finestra, le sale comuni sono affascinanti, rispecchiano la tipica casa del centro storico di Marrakech ma sono spesso prive di riscaldamento quindi difficili da vivere in inverno. Salva la situazione il personale veramente gentile e operoso e una terrazza dove , di giorno e con temperature accessibili, si può stare e da li' contemplare la Medina di Marrakech,. Nel complesso il giudizio e' positivo ma non bisogna ricercare il confort degli hotel dove molti sono abituati ad andare in vacanza.

Leider hat es zu diesem Riad keinen eigenen Eingangsschlüssel gegeben, so dass man darauf angewiesen war, dass jemand einem die Tür öffnet. Abends kam es leider öfter vor, dass ich vor verschlossener Tür stand und längere Zeit warten musste bis mir geöffnet wurde. Das ganze empfand ich als keinen optimalen Zustand in einer fremden Umgebung und den dunklen Gassen. Es führte auch zur Verwirrung das dass Riad noch ein zweites Gästehaus nur 10 m entfernt voneinander mit dem (fast) gleichen Namen trägt. Im grossen und ganzen hat man sich bemüht , war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Siamo stati accolti molto gentilmente con un ottimo the. La proprietaria ci ha subito mostrato come orientarci nella Medina visto che la posizione del Riad è un po' nascosta. Molto disponibili anche quando abbiamo richiesto una colazione anticipata: ci hanno fatto trovare di tutto e di più alle 7 del mattino, molto gentili e professionali.

Wir konnten das Riad leider nicht finden. Schlussendlich hat uns ein Riadangestellter am Djemaa El Fna abgeholt. Wir haben uns vollkommen wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich kann dieses Riad nur empfehlen!

Riad bellissima a due passi dalla piazza principale. Stanza pulitissima, pulita quotidianamente. La colazione è servita in terrazza ed è molto abbondante. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Es bonito ver una casa típica marroquí convertida en riad, lo que no es tan bonito es que no te advierten de las tasas que debes de pagar, aunque hayas pagado 6 noches de las cuales no estuvimos dos, donde se ahorraron el desayuno y la "limpieza", y también te cobren las tasa de esas noche, desayuno bueno pero nada variado, siempre lo mismo. La limpieza podría mejorar un poco, en general los empleados correctos y amables.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Marrakech et ce riad est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville. Pour y accéder, mieux vaut demander au personnel de l'hotel de venir vous récupérer sur la place car il faut passer par de petites ruelles. Le chemin n'est pas compliqué a retenir.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, right in the centre of everything. I found the staff extremely pleasant and proficient. It was easy to explore all of the sights on foot from here and I got incredibly lost often!

This places looks very nice. It has some nice rooms, however I had one with a very low ceiling. The top of my armoire had (and probably still has) a thick coat of dust. The light fixture was had a few panels missing. The breakfast was underwhelming. Bread, little cup of yogurt, and coffee. Not even a choice of tea!!!! (in a country with a tea culture). The place is hard to find in the mazelike village, I literally had to pay someone to guide me there. At night, it might be safe but the dark spaces, and tunnels are a bit intimidating...not to mention confusing. Next time, I will definitely staying in a motel...or a riad closer to a main street.

Abbiamo soggiornato al riad La Croix Berbere de Luxe tre notti e siamo stati benissimo. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile (siamo arrivati alle 6 di mattina e ci hanno accolto e fatto accomodare nell'atrio nonostante non fosse nemmeno l'alba), ci hanno saputo dare anche molti consigli per visitare la città e i dintorni. Avevamo inclusa la colazione che si fa nella terrazzavo all'ultimo piano in una bellissima atmosfera con vista sui tetti di Marrakech. La camera e il bagno belli e molto ampi. Il riad è vicinissimo alla piazza principale ed alla moschea, comodissimo per raggiungere tutto a piedi.

Ich hatte eine Bestätigung von Ihnen für das Berbere de Luxe. Wir sind aber ins normale Berbere eingecheckt worden, was schlechter war. Als ich dies bemängelte sagte man mir, ich müsste dies mit Ihnen ausmachen. Sie hätten mir das falsche Hotel zugesagt. Also wer macht jetzt was mit wem aus? Kann man sich noch auf Buchungsbestätigungen verlassen? Mit freundlichen Grüßen Evi Maier
