１人で滞在しました。大広場北のスーク内のリヤドで地図には載っていないので見つけるのが非常に難しいので予め迎えを頼むか、チップを覚悟して誰かに訊く必要があると思います。（大体この辺かなと思い探しましたがひたすら迷いました）アクセスはよいです。 中は広めでテラスからの夕焼けがきれいでした。従業員はフレンドリーでした。かなり高齢？の猫がおりアレルギーがある人は避けた方がよいかもしれません。トイレがうまくできないのか２Ｆの廊下に○○○が落ちていましたのでそこだけ残念です。

スタッフの方は、英語もあまり通じない様でしたが、親切な対応でした。 チェックアウトの朝は、早かったのですが、ちゃんと朝食を用意してくれました。

オーバーブッキングで格下の宿を案内された。Dar Naimaというリアドでシャワーのフックが壊れて外れており、シャワーを固定できなかったので使いづらかった。また、アメニティは石鹸しかなかった。格下の宿に宿泊させたのに料金も当初予約していたここの宿と同じで請求された。

Best stay in the very central part of Marrakesh. Some difficulties to find the location, but with a superb personnel, beautiful bulding and amazing breakfast. The best food during our week in Morocko is served at the hotel. The very best value for price.

Excellent stay. The bed can be slightly improved as it felt slightly tilted, but I'm sure this can be fixed quickly. I recommend this place.

The place looks *so* much better in the photos on the website; in person, there is a huge difference. The small pools were very dirty and completely unmaintained. The bathroom was also poorly maintained—the toilet bowl actually wobbled whenever I sat down. The staff members were very pleasant, but the hotel is in dire need of extensive maintenance. Furthermore, actually finding the hotel inside the Medina was an absolute odyssey! The GPS seemed to get completely lost, and nobody in the area knew where the place was. I ended up wandering around in circles—tired and thirsty—for over 35 minutes. Honestly, it was all a bit of a hassle.

O funcionário KARIN foi muito gentil e prestativo, ajudando em tudo. Nota 10 para ele. O café da manhã tambem estava espetacular.

Underbar Riad mitt i labyrinten i Medina. Fantastisk trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var wow - hade allt vad vi önskade och lite till. Bra start för dagen och betydde så mycket för oss. Poolen testade vi inte, den var liten. Rummen var inredda enligt stilen som passade huset. Självklart är huset gammalt och är mer problematiskt att städa än nya moderna hotell. Det var väldigt rent, men pga att det är så gammalt så det är inte kliniskt som på moderna nya hotell, men stället var definitivt bra städat. Lite krångel i duschen pga husets ålder, men det funkade. Takterrassen var underbar. Vi hade standardrum i nedre våningen. Väldigt lyhört pga det låg bredvid ingången och frukostrummet. Visserligen kom folk in tidigt på kvällen och personen som dukade frukosten var väldigt tyst så det störde egentligen inte oss. Om vi kommer tillbaka till Marrakesh så kommer vi definitivt tillbaka hit igen. Tack för denna gång.

Ausstattung zum Teil sehr wertvoll und schön aber armselige Führung. Frühstück gut aber unflexibel, wenn man zum Beispiel keinen Käse isst, hat man Pech gehabt... Eier gibt es morgen.

Room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and the breakfast delicious. We didn’t use the pool as wasn’t quite warm enough but liked to head to the roof to read in the afternoons!

Chambre agréable mais manque de lumière. Personnel très agréable et courtois. On reviendra.

The staff were super kind and accommodating. The location was great, just a 5 minute way from everything which was super convenient. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed (hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash, etc). The terrace was very beautiful and overlooks the city. I accidentally broke my key during my stay and they were very kind about it and replaced it. They also served breakfast which we really enjoyed. Check out was very easy. Everything about this stay was great and we would recommend to everyone coming to Marrakech.

What a lovely Riad. The people that work here is both warm and helpful. You get the feeling like you are living inside someone's home. The medina can be hard to find the correct way, but Google maps is your friend

The room.was spacious and clean with a great view. Bonus... elevator! Checking in was easy with code for the door sent prior to our arrival. The biggest issue was not understanding the hot water heater. No information on how to use it and i couldn't find anything online. We got it to work but there was water on the floor everytime we used it. I don't know if the unit is faulty or if we used it wrong. No one spoke much English for us to ask. The location is nice, near the mosque, but out of the way for anything else.

Great location right by the medina, staff really helpful..from meeting us at the taxi and guiding us through the alleys on the first day, to taking us to the hammam, to making mint tea and cake on an afternoon...just lovely. Rooms clean and beautiful. Real mixture of nationalities staying which made breakfast a place for conversation and exchange of stories.(variety of food for all nations)
