Wir hatten 10 wunderbare Tage im Riad Louhou. Eine schöne Oase der Ruhe als Rückzugsort nach täglichen Aktivitäten perfekt organisiert durch La Conciergerie Anne. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, herzliche Menschen! Frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, eine umfangreiche Auswahl an Leckereien. Einfach rundum perfekt! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Alles war so sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das Personal so sehr nett. Die Zimmer und überhaupt die ganzen Einrichtung warst beruhigend und schön. Immer wieder gerne. Familie Benz

Riad Louhou was an amazing place to stay! The location was very accessible to several tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was very kind and helpful. Transit, to and from the airport, was coordinated for us and made arrival and departure very easy. Thank you for an amazing stay!

A beautiful riad in a lively neighbourhood of which you hear nothing once inside. Safe to walk also at night. Such friendly and helpful staff! Very clean and comfortable room, good airconditioned. Great breakfast. Tiny but refreshing pool on the rooftop. Shortly everything you need during your stay in Marrakesh

Overall the stay was nice, the Riad is tucked away in a quiet street but it means it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest road where you can catch a taxi. The deluxe room we stayed in was on the ground floor and our main issue with this was that it directly faced on to the dining area and as it had a full glass wall you can hear conversations in the courtyard and the occasional clanking noise from the kitchen. My past experience with staying in Riads was a very personalised service - normally I would expect to sit down with the manager on arrival and have a chance to ask questions, ask for recommendations, book any additional services etc. However, on this occasion, our questions felt like they were quickly dismissed and we were told to refer to a leaflet which was handed to us for the sites to see. Not that it’s a bad thing to refer to a leaflet for sightseeing, but taking the time to listen to questions from guests is really what differentiates a good riad from an excellent one. Overall it was nice, and I have no other major complaints.

Worst hotel experience I had in my life

Wunderbares Design des Riads als Ganzes und auch des Zimmers. Sehr gutes Frühstück,. Überaus guter Service. Gute Lage am Südrand der Medina. Dennoch sehr ruhig und weit ab vom Trubel. Ein Minuspunkt: Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel in Marrakesch, und die Nächte waren sehr kalt. Das Riad verfügt nicht über eine Heizung, sondern nur über ein mobiles Elektoheizgerät für den Schlafraum und das Bad. Beide Räume zur selben Zeit sind also nie warm. Und es dauert auch gut 30 Minuten, bis ein Raum durch das Gerät so erwärmt ist, dass er benutzbar ist.

Fantastic stay at Riad Louhou! Quiet and peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, modern and tastefully decorated with hints of Moroccan culture. Room was a little small but comfortable, excellent shower, clean bedding and towels daily. Rooftop pool and lounge area was great! Nice selection of breads, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea/coffee at breakfast. Staff from riad collected us from taxi drop off point and was a short walk through the cobbled streets, seems overwhelming at first but easily navigated once you get your bearings. Short walks to souls and most tourist areas. Would highly recommend!

Best breakfast I ever had in Morocco.

Superb Road, spotless clean & welcoming. Roof top pool was a great addition & it was a chilled & relaxing experience. Only downside was initially it was difficult to locate where taxi dropped us off, it was a maze of streets & we were lost, people were super helpful & we found eventually down a side street in a dead end.

This Riad was fab, the staff were all really helpful and friendly. Sofia met us from our taxi on the first day to show us to the Riad and gave us really helpful directions and general info about the city. It was really close to main attractions like Badia Palace and the medina was 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast was great, it changed slightly daily which was nice. The rooms and facilities were very modern and clean, exactly as pictured. Overall we had a wonderful stay, thank you

Riad Louhou is great if you want a good ratio quality and price in the Medina. It’s really clean and beautiful!! Breakfast is very good. The only thing was miss of bright and intimity on the first floor however this is normal when you book a riad.

Un Riad espectacular, totalmente nuevo, con muy buena decoración y un servicio estupendo. Nada más entrar te sorprende, no solo por la decoración, pero por la tranquilidad que se respira. Un remanso de paz con un olor maravilloso a aceite de argan. La terraza y la pequeña piscina son ideales en un día soleado.

Kleines, familiengeführtes Riad mit nur 5 Zimmern. Eine Oase der Ruhe in der Kasbah. Pool auf der herrlichen Dachterrasse. Personal sehr führsorglich, gutes Frühstück.

Riad was very quaint, well-maintained, and well-located. The pool on the roof and the breakfast was a real treat. My boyfriend and I were the only guest for the first 3 nights of our stay and truly enjoyed the place to ourselves. Sofia, the host, was very helpful and pleasant - she even came to get us from the square on our arrival so we wouldn’t get lost. After the first time getting to the riad, it was easy to find it and it was close to main attractions in the city and taxi stands. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.
