リアド・マンダナ＆スパ

We have paid over £200 per night (5 nights stay) which is on the more expensive scale of Riads in Marrakech. The room was fine but was lucking basic amenities you would expect when paying that sort of money. No coffee machine, slippers, tissue paper. TV mounting was wobbly. Although we took the last room, the feeling was that we were alone which is not an issue but maybe for the fact that the riad was kept in semi darkness for whatever reason. On one occasion after a long day out, we asked for a cup of tea and were surprised that t came with a charge. Only for the manager to intervene and waive it. we were told that we can use the swimming pool but for the jacuzzi, we need to pay extra. Again, the expectations were that for the expensive rate of the room, these little things will be included. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was relatively clean but some rust was spotted in the bathroom (shampoo bottle) things that can be easily address and should have. the riad location is great. Just a few minutes walk from the Souk. Overall, okay experience but somewhat disappointing. We are frequent travelers and would not consider our stay as value for money.

I absolutely enjoy our stay here. Beautiful Riad with beautiful Moroccan details in the entire Riad. The staff were so friendly and hospitable, especially Said. He was always so helpful and even walked us to the restaurant on our arrival to the Riad. Such a great location, very walkable to the Square and the Mosque. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. Tell Said, Cynthia sent you lol.

Excelente el trato desde que llegamos, el personal súper amable, el Riad súper limpio, excelente ubicación, el desayuno completo y muy bueno… Ampliamente recomendable!!!
