Room and staff is nice, their taxi service is bad

スタッフの皆さんがとても優しくしてくれました。日本語が少し話せる従業員がいて日本語で対応もしていただきました。スタッフは他の国の旅行者とも親しげに話していました。 早朝のチェックアウトでしたが、スタッフがロビーで待ってくれていて広場まで送ってくれた上にタクシーを見つけてくれてタクシー料金の交渉までしてくれました。 部屋も清潔に掃除されていて不満はありません。値段の割にウェルカムドリンクもあり朝食もついていてかなりいいサービスと思います。

The room and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful when we got there: they met us at the main road and walked us through the alleys to the Riad, then before we left to get food Marwane gave us some very helpful advice about typical things to look out for on the streets like tourist traps and scams that we didn't see in other cities. Marwane also gave us the typical walking tour route to see all the popular destinations of Fes without needing a guide and was very responsive if we needed anything like a taxi or extra towels. He made our stay very welcoming and I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent staff, the most beautiful riad (hotel) that we stayed at in Morocco with good breakfast.

Un sitio con mucho encanto, con una terraza increíble, la cena muy rica. Pero sobre todo la amabilidad de los empleados, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Vinieron a buscarnos a la puerta para llevarnos hasta el Riad. Lo único a destacar que no nos gusto tanto es que las camas son duras. Pero muy buena relación calidad precio.

On property dining was excellent. The staff - Mahmood and Marwan- are excellent. They arranged us a wonderful guide - Mundir- who showed us the Madina. Marwan walked us to the taxi for the train station. Food was excellent. The Riad is a piece of art worth experience and living.

We booked the last two rooms available in this Riad. They were both on the bottom floor, on either side of the dining area. The Riad could only be found with the help of a guide and there are very few restaurants or shops nearby. However, it initially seemed ok with pretty tiles in the entry and friendly staff. This opinion quickly changed when we saw our rooms. The bathrooms were disgusting, particularly one that had a broken toilet and was filthy and the other where the shower flooded. Both rooms smelt like a sewer. The rooms are located off the very noisy dining and kitchen areas, which were both in use till after midnight. We left after the first night. I can't comment on the other rooms, which might be ok.

Service au top personnel très réactif

Booked 5 rooms, when we arrived, they had overbooked, only had 3 rooms for us, very frustrating and inconvenient. The staff did everything they could to provide very good service.

Nous avions réservé pour 3 chambres et une fois sur place ils ont fait semblant que nous en avions réservé qu’une seule. Ils savaient depuis le matin qu’ils n’avaient qu’une chambre pour nous mais ont attendu que nous soyons sur place vers 21:30 pour nous aviser de la situation. Ils étaient bien au courant qu’à cette heure nous ne pourrions aller ailleurs. L’endroit est beau et bien situé, le personnel courtois et gentil mais sans gêne de vous faire payer pour ce que vous n’avez pas eu.

The owner, Rashid and his staff (Moustafa, Yousef) take care in making sure every part of your stay is perfect. They provide assistance with luggage, sightseeing, etc. Rashid even took care of our bags while we spent a night in Merzouga. Yousef helped us find a taxi on our departure which was fantastic. Restaurant Ouliya is also amazing. Best meal in Morocco so far

Very nice and lovely Riad. Well situated in the Medina. Really very friendly and helpful staff all around and at any time. Everythere very clean in rooms and each floor and both terraces. Marvellous good food at breakfast and dinner. Thanks to everybody there. We enjoyed a good time in this fantatastic decorated building.

Beautiful Riad, with great wood carving and intricate tile work. Great breakfast with baguette, msemen, and beghrir as well as some protein (eggs, cured meat, cheese, and yogurt) to go with all the sugar (jams, honey, and juice). Aiyub "..from youtube" was quite a personality. The stairs are a bit tight going up but that most riads. In our room the TV didn't plug in and the bathroom was a bit odd (toilet separate room from sink and shower). But the beds were again beautifully carved bed frames. Very close to a Bank of Africa ATM and taxi stand which came in hand when we had to catch our train to Marrakesh.
