まずホテルに向かう途中、子供に道案内をしたから金をよこせと言われました。自力で辿り着き、ホテルの中に入ってもホテルのスタッフは子供たちを追い返してくれず。。むしろ払えという対応。無視していたらいなくなりましたが。ここで一気にこのホテルの印象が最悪に。 ホテル全体の接客は普通。 シャワーヘッドが破損した際は、すぐ対応していただけました。 暖房があまり効かないのと、鍵が内側から閉まらなかった。(ここは安全だから、閉まらなくても大丈夫と言われました笑) あとシャワーの勢いがかなり弱めなので注意。 一番残念だった事は、ホテルで勧められたツアーの値段1100DH(ホテルのスタッフに他のエージェントを使うな、ここが安全で安いと言われた為) が他のツアー参加者よりも高めだった事。(他の参加者は800DHだったらしい) そして砂漠ツアーのメルズーガからフェズまでプライベートタクシーを1500DHでホテルを通して予約した所、当日タクシーが相乗りに。。。 ホテルにメールで苦情を入れたが、ホテルは関係ないと言われました。 ホテルを通して予約したのですから(デポジットを前日に払ったのでコミッションを取っていると思われる) 責任を持って対処して欲しかったです。 最後にボッタクリにあった気分になり悲しくなりました。なのでこのホテルはおすすめしません。

中庭、レストランであるリビングのような部屋、お部屋の可愛さが素敵です。フナ広場からはすごく近いわけではないが、その分静かで、マラケシュの人々の日常も垣間見れた。 小学校がすぐそばにある。 従業員の皆さんは本当にフレンドリーで親切。 部屋のインテリアがおしゃれで、女性の一人旅にも安心。 レストランの食事が優しい味で、リピートしてしまいました。 レモンタルトも美味。 ゆっくり旅したい人にはオススメです。

初リヤドで、ちょっと見つけるのに迷いましたが、一歩門をくぐると別世界が広がっていました。とても、ステキなリアドです。

My stay here was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The location is perfect close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing once you step inside. It truly feels like a hidden oasis. I booked a suite, and it was beautifully decorated, very clean, and incredibly spacious. It felt luxurious while still being warm and authentic, and it made the whole experience even more special and comfortable. The staff made the experience unforgettable. They go above and beyond in every possible way and are genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their hospitality alone is a reason to come back. The food was another highlight. The restaurant serves fresh, flavorful dishes that were consistently delicious, and the breakfasts each morning were amazing; local and authentic. Everything about this riad made me feel comfortable, cared for, and immersed in the beauty of the experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. I can’t wait to come back!

Loved this Riad. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Happy to let us have a later checkout. Lovely rooms, very quirky! Nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Le riad est proche des activités dans la médina, 15min du souk a pied et 15min du jardin Majorelle. Nous avons eu la suite Améthyste, elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée, la salle d'eau est grande et fonctionnelle, la literie très bien. Le personnel est très gentil, parle bien le français. Le riad est calme et très bien aménagé et entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux, le repas du soir également. Nous avons fait hammam, gommage et massage c'était top!

The manager (owner?) of the property really takes charge of every element, from waiting to escort us to the hotel from our arranged car service, to providing us a detailed orientation including recommendations for dining and activities, to following up on general affairs of the hotel. All the staff were super accommodating and friendly, would recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Excellent séjour au Riad bien situé pour les visites des principaux sites. Très bon accueil de Khamissa la gérante qui prend le temps de donner des explications pour notre sejour. Tout le personnel est à la fois discret et prevenant . Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La chambre pour 3 est assez grande et joliment décorée. Le gros plus, des espaces extérieurs bien aménagés et un double roof-top .

La proximité des commerces et du centre de Marrakech. Le personnel est tres serviable et à l'écoute. Les chambres spacieuses. Très bon diner mais tarif un peu cher par rapport à la pratique locale.

Riad Pachavana was a good distance from the airport, costing about 80D day or 120D night. Taxi will drop you at road derb lamsaubr, then its 2 minute walk down that alley and riad is on the right. Feels safe in that area at night. We had junior room on first floor and it was quite and clean. They have aircon for heat as March morning and evening are cool. We loved the big bath, as my daughter could splash in it. The outdoor pool is not heated, so no one used it. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options-bread, cheese, fruit salad, olives. sim card shop round the corner on rue gza, going right there was Good vibes coffee shop for plant based hot drinks, going further 8 mins was veg friendly resturants- Broc the Kasbah and opp is simple resturant which we loved and further 5 mins is Kui-zin buffet with veg options. Secret garden and bacha museum were 12 min walk but jemaa alfnaa is 20-25mins. Marjorelle gardens is a must see and is walkable 15mins (book few days ahead). We liked our location if you like walking and it was child friendly.

Family trip to Marrakech. The location was nice, it's an 3 min walk off a busy street but on the quieter side of the Medina. A 15-20 min walk from the main square in one direction and a 15-20 min walk to the new town and Majorelle Gardens in the other. The hosts were great, they arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and then met us in the Medina to walk us to the Riad which I'd highly recommend. We had dinner the first night at the Riad, a good chicken tagine. After a long day of travel it was nice to not have to leave to eat. We spent 4 nights so Breakfast everyday could have used some variety as it was repetitive.

My stay at Riad Pachavana was fantastic. The Riad is beautiful, both the rooms and the common spaces. The service was fantastic (thank you Yousef). The location is very good for getting a taxi drop off. It’s in a quiet location but still close to the bustling souks. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great Hospitality! Riad arranged airport pick up(a must), because within the Medina a car can’t get everywhere but someone met us to walk us right to the front entrance. Easy. Khamissa and staff were wonderful ! Great suggestions for rooftop dinners, 2 amazing meals.. breakfast included was a great assortment of choices(omelette made to order)served on the rooftop deck.

Un sejour extraordinaire grâce à une équipe accueillante, souriante, disponible, professionnelle, à l'écoute. Un grand merci et bravo à toute l'équipe qui contribue grandement au bien-être des clients avec une mention spéciale pour Achraf et Youssef pour leur disponibilité et l'accueil chaleureux dont ils ont fait preuve. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très généreux. La localisation est parfaite, tout se fait à pied tres facilement. A refaire sans hésitation. Merci
