Accoglienza pessima. Mi viene detto che non esisteva alcuna prenotazione effettuata a mio nome.Ho mostrato la ricevuta sia della prenotazione sia del pagamento effettuato ma non mi è stato possibile pernottare. Il tutto comunicato nell'indifferenza più assoluta. La struttura è completamente diversa da come viene presentata sul sito : ho potuto sostare solo nella "hall" che si presentava sporca,maleodorante, trascurata, con la biancheria stesa ad asciugare che pendeva da una balconata interna: difficile immaginare un'esperienza così sgradevole .

Horrible...they cancelled our reservation and gave it to another person. When we arrived they said to us that they didn't receive our booking, and when we try to refund our money they didn't answer the call when people from Hotels.com called them to solve the problem. Really bad property.

Don t book the hotel here as they don't see the bookings from Expedia and overbook their installations. We booked 2 weeks before and arrived to be told we couldn t have the room because of a problem in the bathroom. They sent us to another hotel (much lower category, cold, and much cheaper), and after talking around we were told the hotel is full booked and they use to do this. At the end you are charged the full price before arrival for a nice Kasbah and you end up in a different place with lower standards without any money back and being lied about the situation. The only good thing is that the lady was really nice and we were able to have breakfast over there and the en la terraza.

Arrivés le propriétaire nous dit que la chambre n’est plus disponible et qu’il a trouvé un logement ailleurs. Finalement nous arrivons dans un lieu glauque sans chauffage et très sale. Nous avons du partir ailleurs de nuit. À éviter. Très mauvais.

Super Lage mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Oase beim Frühstück. Der Service war auch sehr nett und relativ zuverlässig. Schöne Riad-Räume mit nicht der neuesten Einrichtung, aber atmosphärisch. Ziemlich überteuerte Restaurantpreise allerdings und die Dusche war auch nicht wirklich warm (wobei das Riad dafür nichts wirklich kann). Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
