Great host. Very warm, friendly and accommodating.

The host was very exceptionally hospitable, friendly and welcoming (Fah) - He gave us lots of advice, was sincere and very passionate. However, the owner complained quite often and made us feel like we were on watch during our stay and a little uncomfortable. This place will not suitable for kids as he didn’t like any form of noise. The room we booked was different from the room they provided us but it was very clean and we loved the decor of the place. Breakfast on the balcony was pleasant, you can see the Atlas Mountains from the distance. The riyad is very central, good for the markets but very difficult to find, so downloading offline maps is a must, as the locals will ask for money if you ask for directions and it’s easy to get lost in the lanes.

It is a nice property, with a beautiful terrace. Unfortunately the owner and the manager are extremely rude and lied to us about the payment details. Without going into the entire story, we were double charged and they refused to give us a refund and were extremely rude about it. This was probably the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a hotel in recent memory.

My daughters and I had a great time staying at Riad Tasneem. We were delighted with our room & the service. Spotlessly clean throughout & pleasantly quite at all times. We loved the terrace for taking our breakfast, with a direct view of the mountains, as well as for relaxing in the evening. All the staff was really friendly & very helpful which made our stay even better. Highly recommended :)
