Le Riad a besoin d'un peu de rafraîchissement. C'est ce qu'ils étaient entrain de faire à notre départ, car ils attendait un groupe important. Dommage ils devraient le faire pour tout le monde. Sinon personnels très accueillants, gentils et disponibles.

Super central and beautiful Riad with nice service. We especially enjoyed the Hamam with Massage. Very relaxing and just what we needed

We stayed at the Riad Vendome and Spa 9th to 12th September and we had the most fantastic time. A warm welcome with pastries and Moroccan tea, which is one of the most delicious things I've had! Warm and welcoming staff who were friendly, attentive, and always available. We had some initial problems with the hot water within our room, but this was rectified before the end of our stay. The staff couldn't do enough to assist us with this, and we're always checking in and keeping us informed of the process. We would like to extend huge thanks in particular to Fatima and Naima who offered to continually check in and support us with our water issue, and helped to get this rectified as quickly as possible. We were lucky enough to enjoy a Hamam scrub and it was such a wonderful and relaxing experience. The hotel was clean, tidy, plenty of space for the guests, the roof terrace is a gorgeous suntrap with plenty of shaded areas too. We can't recommend this hotel enough and would most definitely come back. Thank you for having us!

Wir waren schon 2x hier, zuletzt vor 5 Jahren, und haben uns gefreut wieder zu kommen. Dieses Riad war mein absolutes Lieblings-Riad - seit heute nicht mehr. Die Freude war schnell vorbei. Unfreundlicher Empfang, einfach abgesetzt, kein Wort was passiert, wann das Zimmer fertig ist...nichts. Es wurde lieblos ein dreckiges Tablet mit altem, bitterem Tee hingestellt, das wars. Früher gab's mal Kekse dazu und der Empfang war herzlich und man wurde über alles informiert. Jetzt fühlt man sich nicht mehr willkommen. Doch richtig schlimm wurde es, als wir dann um 14 Uhr in unser Zimmer wollten - wir mussten selbst darum bitten, nachdem man uns stundenlang kommentarlos hat sitzen lassen, und erfuhren völlig beiläufig, dass das gebuchte Zimmer bereits belegt sei. Das fänden sie auch gar nicht schlimm, man hat uns ja als Ersatz ein anderes angeboten. Das andere glich einer Abstellkammer und wir bestanden auf das gebuchte Zimmer. Wir wurden dann beschimpft, beleidigt und wieder stehen gelassen. Ich verlangte, mit dem Besitzer zu sprechen, wurde dann noch schlimmer angeschrien und beleidigt... ich wäre ein Niemand und habe überhaupt nichts zu melden! Ich forderte daraufhin zumindest eine schriftliche Bestätigung der Überbuchung, sodass wir zumindest irgendetwas in der Hand haben, für eine Rückerstattung etc. Auch dies wurde auf herablassende Art und Weise abgelehnt. Wir verbrachten unseren kompletten 1.urlaubstag damit eine neue Unterkunft zu finden!

Excellent place to stay in the old city. Best location. Lovely breakfast. Hotel staff were very warm and friendly they helped us a lot with everything including making sure our baby girl is comfortable.hotel is Nicely decorated with a lot of outdoor spaces on the rooftop.

Personnel au top, très accueillant et au service des clients. Le Riad a du charme, l’ambiance est calme et le rooftop avec vue est très agréable pour admirer le couché de soleil

Séjours de 4 jours. Visite sans trop de préparation. L avantage vous pouvez tout chousir au Riad, mais c est pas le moins cher. Riad trés bien situé pour faire la medina à pied et d autres visites.

Très bon séjour en famille à Marrakech. Naïma et Mohamed sont adorables et de très bon conseils. Mention spéciale à Naïma, très belle personne, ravis de cette rencontre.

The property is at first hard to find as its inside the alleyways . we need to ask the locals to show us the way . Riad is very basic . We stayed in aurika suite .small room for the 4 of us . there is no kettle or microwave , airconditioning not working sometimes . the toilet dont have doors just curtains . Small pool too cold to swim . Breakfast we did not have it as it was only bread and cereals . The staff are very friendly and ready to help all the time . On check in we are welcomed with morrocan tea which is really nice .

Séjour très agréable dans ce riad. Accueil charmant et attentionné. Situation idéale pour découvrir Marrakech à pied. Attention : l'insonorisation n'existe pas (comme dans tout riad), donc pensez à prendre des bouchons d'oreille pour dormir !!!
