リヤド ヴィラ エル アルサ

2泊予約していましたが、施設に到着すると部屋の電気設備不良の為、近所の別の宿泊施設に案内された。 その部屋は予約した部屋よりランクが低く、暖房設備が稼動しなかったり、シャワーの排水が詰まっていた。 翌日には予約した部屋よりランクが高い部屋を用意してもらえたが、初めての都市に長時間の移動の後で夜8時以降に到着することを事前にメール連絡しておいたので、出来れば事前にメール連絡が欲しかった。

Le Riad est vraiment sublime, jolie décoration, propre, les chambres sont faites tous les jours. Il est bien placé à 5 minutes de la place Jemaa El Fna, ou du palais Bahia. Le personnel est au petit soin, vraiment, on peut encore remercier Lahcen et Simo pour leur aide et précieux conseils! On recommande

Place is isolated and looks unsafe during late nights to move around. Manager was very rude and made some racist comments, so we didn't even check in and found a better place somewhere else. We lost whole money.

We had an incredible experience during our two-night stay at Villa El Arsa. Our arrival was smooth, with the hotel manager personally picking us up from the airport at 1 am. The entire process was efficiently coordinated, allowing us to settle in quickly. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast, which was nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed homemade eggs, yogurt, and marmalade that left a lasting impression on us. The attention to detail and quality of the food were exceptional. Furthermore, the villa's strategic location near the main square and in the heart of the souq added immense value to our stay. Being in such a vibrant and central area of Marrakesh made our exploration of the city incredibly convenient. All in all, our time at Villa El Arsa was delightful, and we continue to reminisce about the wonderful memories we made there. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in the enchanting city of Marrakesh.

Authentic which is what we wanted

Very poor experience. Room is much smaller than advertised. Water clogs in the shower. So, the second person has to wait more than 30 minutes to water to go down the drain. Toilet is constantly running, so noise at night makes it hard to sleep. One of the two blankets smelled really bad. The breakfast is very simple. They should have fruits like bananas which are cheap. It is the same breakfast every day. On the second day of a 1 week stay, they told me that I must pay the entire balance in cash because their credit card machine is not working. I told them I only have a credit card, so unable to get a large amount of cash. Two staff members as well as the owner put pressure on me. Finally, they said they will try the machine. It worked... Very disingenuous. They should inform the guests at booking to pay in cash. Placed a lot of stress on us. Each room has the same key/lock. So, technically another guest can get into your room. When I asked them, they said they will have different keys soon. We would never stay at this Riad again.

Idéalement situé au cœur de la médina à 2 min à pied de la place Jamaa El Fna. Riad très bien entretenu, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner en terrasse copieux avec confiture maison, thé à la menthe à toute heure de la journée……et le personnel est parfait. A réserver sans hésitation.

Beautiful property (wooden and sculpture details!), well maitained and clinically clean. Convenient location but be aware of incorrect pin on Google maps - you have to turn right around next corner. Great roof terrace. Imagine that, due to our early flight, our host woke up with a smile at 3:45 AM to prepare hot breakfast for us for 4:00 AM!!! What a hospitality!

Un Riad muy recomendable, bien situado. El personal muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Un oasis de tranquilidad en la Medina. Desayuno completo y exquisito. Sin duda volveré a este Riad cuando regrese a Marrakech.

Etablissement idéalement situé pour déambuler à pieds et visiter un maximum de lieux. Un très bon petit-déjeuner pour démarrer la journée De précieux conseils pour organiser au mieux son séjour selon son choix Un accueil convivial et chaleureux dans le respect des choix de chacun Une piscine intérieure petite mais rafraîchissante. Tout était parfait ! Merci Simo et toute l'équipe. Très beau riad hyper bien placé en plein cœur de la Médina. Propreté, petit dej copieux, service et gentillesse de l'équipe au top.

Trato excepcional, muy limpio todo, la comida muy rica. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitabamos. Le doy un 10/10.

Gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage. Wir haben uns auch in der Umgebung immer sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer war klein aber völlig ausreichend für unseren 4-tägigen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber sehr süß. Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend und das Bett war sehr bequem. Es gab einen kleinen Pool den wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, da er sehr kalt erschien. Wir konnten unsere Ryanairtickets hier drucken(Besonderheit in Marrakesch: Es werden keinen mobilen Bordkarten akzeptiert, da ein Ausreisestempel auf diesen angebracht wird). Allerdings war der Computer nicht zu benutzen(sehr langsam), glücklicherweise war der Drucker auch über Handy benutzbar (Airprint). Leider haben wir da schon eine halbe Stunde mit Warten vor dem Laptop vergeudet. Wlan war auch sehr gut. Nicht gefallen hat uns die manchmal etwas schwierige Kommunikation. Wir wollten einen Ausflug buchen, der jedoch völlig überteuert war, so dass wir diesen (problemlos) storniert haben. Für einen ähnlichen Ausflug haben wir dann lediglich 20% in der Stadt bezahlt. Vorsicht vor den Tips zu lokalen Restaurants, hier lieber nochmal Tripadvisor checken oder gleich selbst suchen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt empfehlenswert und schön.
