リヤド ザイトウナ シャウエン

旧市街にある小さなリヤド。旧市街のどこに行くにも便利な立地。部屋は清潔。アメニティーはシャンプーとボディーソープがあり、アルガンオイル入りで品質は良かった。 朝食は屋上のテラスで取り、眺めが良い。朝食自体は、パン、ジャム、フルーツのみで品数は少ない。レストランは無く、夕食は外食が必須。 1つ残念なことは、シャワーヘッドのキャップが外れており、シャワーがしずらかった。

The hotel has an unbloking veiw from the veranda. They serve a good moroccan breakfast. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Not just for this hotel, if you want to stay hotels inside the old city, you need to park your car outside the old city. We parked the car just outside the top gate of the of the city, which is around 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The parking fee was MAD 20 per night.

使いかけのようなシャンプーが置いてありました。急に観光客が来始めたので、いろいろと追いついていないようです。

旧市街内なので道中石畳にはなりますが、タクシー下車から段差無しで行ける為、スーツケース持ちでしたが恐らく他のリヤドよりはアクセスしやすかったのかなと思います。(あくまで階段的な段差が無いだけで、石畳のガタガタ道・多少のアップダウンはあります） また、あくまで私情にすぎませんが、従業員の女性が非常に可愛らしくフレンドリーで当方夫婦共々めろめろでした（笑）

スタッフの方がフレンドリーで親切です。部屋もコンパクトで清潔感があります。着いた時は、掃除をしたばかりなのか消毒の匂いがしましたが、時間が経てば大丈夫です。テラスで食べる朝食も美味しくて気持ちがいいです。有名なフォトスポットへも、少し歩けば着きます。Googleマップと場所が違うのでご注意下さい。

家族経営で、とても暖かい雰囲気があるリアドです。リアドを見つけるまで苦労しましたが、他の宿泊客と談笑したりして、楽しい時間を過ごせました。

間違えて予約したにも関わらずとても親切丁寧に部屋の変更を頑張ってくれました。 滞在中のスタッフもとても親切でいつも笑顔で接してくれました。テラスからの眺めも最高で大満足です。

テラスからの眺めが素晴らしいです。 シャウエンの街を一望しながらの朝食は、手ごろな価格のホテルにしては十分に満足できます。 シャウエン自体治安が良いので、 入り組んだ場所にありますが、人に聞きながら安全にたどり着くことが出来ます。

Location, location, location! But wait, thats not all! The staff at the Riad could not have been better. The check in was good, breakfast was fantastic, with lovely views from the terrace, and checkout was a breeze. And better still, the price! Thank you Riad Zaitouna for a memorable stay.

Difícil llegar, difícil estacionar, no le recomiendo que lleve exceso de equipaje las gradas para llegar son como si vas al cielo… desayuno básico pero delicioso, amables, confortable.

This riad is located in the medina so be prepared to climb uphill and stairs with your luggage. Our host spoke to a local who helped guide us to the riad in the medina and helped with our luggage for a small tip. Overall, the suite was decent with comfortable beds and pillows. There is a smell from the bathroom but that is due to the plumbing style and closing the bathroom door resolves the issue. The room was cool as expected in the winter, but the heater and blankets were fine. Breakfast and the views from the rooftop were both lovely. Our host recommended a restaurant to us for dinner and it was top notch. Wasn't noisy at all (visited in January). Overall a good stay.

I had a terrible and horrible experience there I do not recommend this place. The staff never keep the promises, doesn’t care about customers. Only TALKS

Was ok.

The Riyadh was quite quaint. The only thing that was awkward was breakfast is on the rooftop and there was too many bees. Otherwise stay was great. Make sure to wear good shoes. It is quite the trek up to the Riyadh.

Buen desayuno, el staff lo hace muy bien. El tema es que ambos días no tuvimos agua caliente, laa toallas que nos entregaron estaban llenas de hoyos y las sábanas sucias.

Very good property & very well located for family stay. Parking is 10-15 min walk so I would recommend hire someone for baggage. Very good breakfast with terrace beautiful view. No real complaint but bathroom could be more cleaner & blanket was smelling little. However I would stay here again
