ロイヤル ミラージュ アガディール

この立地で何を期待するかという問題はあるが、欧州のリタイア客を狙った格安リゾートホテルで、ビジネスなど短期滞在／通過客には違和感があります。かつてヒルトンだったらしく、施設もそれなりに整備され、メンテもされていますが、目新しさ、高級感はありません。夕食もコミコミでしたが、セットメニューしかなく、選択肢のモロッコ料理のレストランは、予約申し込みが到着時点で既に締め切られていました。ホテル外の食事処で済ませました。立地はいいのですぐのところにビーチに面したレストランが数軒あります。このホテル自体はビーチフロントを有していないので、道路をわたって海水浴になります。ホテル内のプールが高台にあるので、そこで日光浴して海を眺める手はあります。

Les couloirs sont sales, sentent mauvais, nous avons un peu galéré à trouver la chambre car il n'y avait pas de numéro sur celle-ci. La chambre était tout au bout a côté des escaliers, la porte était cassé grande ouverte, dans l'état. La cerise sur le gâteau c'est la chambre. Il faisait plus froid dans la pièce qu'à l'extérieur. Le vent froid passait à travers la fenêtre du balcon, les draps et coussins étaient sales, les meubles très anciens et sales... Le téléphone mis à disposition ne fonctionnait pas, bien qu'il était branché, le chauffage ne marchait pas et la salle de bain et toilettes étaient horribles. Une odeur désagréable, du tartre partout, de la poussière partout, un gros trou sur le mur a côté des toilettes, l'eau de la salle de bain qui stagne, pas d'eau chaude, une grande serviette pour deux personnes, serviettes jaunes / grises qui ont perdus de leur blancheur et qui sont trouées... J'étais vraiment surpris par ce désastre.

Good sized bed but bathroom wasn’t clean found a cockroach there. Bedroom was ok decent size had a good view. A lot of noise from outside though. Hotel is dated and needs upgrading for sure. Check in was quick and easy and staff were amazing

Hotel bien situé mais impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin à cause du bruit extérieur (discothèque). Literie tres mauvaise, hotel vieillissant, ne correspond pas a un 4 étoiles.

The rooms are very basic and lack advertised amenities. The bed was extremely hard. The entire front of the property was a building site, which was not confirmed on booking. This included the steps down to the beach which were dangerous. The WiFi was very poor. The location has a busy road front and back and the balcony doors only shut with a chain, so it was very noisy. I checked out after one night of a five night bookings

Gammel hotel / dårlig vedlikeholdt/ mye lyd, måtte bruke ørepropper for å sove. Måtte leke katt og mus med kaldt og varmtvann i dusjen. Frokost måtte jeg droppe, spiste utenfor hotellet. Innredning i rommet var gammelt og slitt/ kjøleskap fra en annen tid og lekte vann på gulvet. Hotelsnsatte var hyggelige Anbefaler ikke hotellet.

La struttura è parecchio datata, ho evidenziato che durante il soggiorno eseguivano costantemente lavori di manutenzione che non andava assolutamente a disturbare la tranquillità, ho avuto qualche piccolo inconveniente che è stato risolto subito Nel complesso le persone sono gentili, professionali e molto disponibili

This hotel is a 2* at best. And, this is reflected in the price. Staff try their best under the circumstances. Breakfast is the same everyday and the hot food was served cold. Lots of bread, cakes and pastries on offer. There is an omelette station for hot eggs of choice. Ended up just having the coffee and tea. There was so much noise in the early hours from the night club next door! Revellers made so much noise with motorcycles revving at that time making it impossible to get a full night’s sleep. I slept for 10 solid hours the first night out of that hotel - that goes to show how sleep deprived I was! There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms - not in the room that I in. Reception staff promised to move me to a room with better reception but this did not happen for the week I was there. There are renovation works going on at the hotel on some of the floors. This was not intrusive though the works carried on until 9pm on some days. The rooms are a good size. But the shower was a weapon in its own right!!! The water pressure was too much and some of the nozzles were blocked. Just needed descaling but the technician thought it was ok… This could have been because of the language barrier. Majority of the staff do not speak English. The hotel’s location is very ideal. Close to the beach and the bus terminus is across the road. The staff are amazing: Mr Saad, the manager, Mr Ibrahim, Mr Ali, Mr Hassan, Mrs Aziza who cleaned my room, all made the stay worthwhile.

Tyvärr så genomgår hotellet renovering, därav mycket pågående arbete med tillhörande oväsen. Städning och Service var mycket bra! Bra närområde med bra utbud och gångavstånd till det mesta.

The staff R absolutely fantastic polite helpful. Can do with better food for dinner which I’ve had very disappointed with food definitely not worth 180D each adult Could’ve had a better shower as it was not powerful enough if u like ???
