The concierge at check in was extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Room was just as the pictures showed. Clean enough to be comfortable. Felt safe. Good location to restaurants and the Hassan II mosque (walkable).

Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good as the face of the hotel. The room was ok and the area the hotel was in was ok. Would not stay here again unless there wasn't another option as there are too many options of other places to stay.

From the first day of my arrival, the staff were more than accommodating. I was treated with the utmost respect and actually had one of the English speaking staff accompany me to Marrakech. It was fun for me learning French and Arabic. There’s a small restaurant attached to the hotel and a spa also. I’d stay again as my room was more than ample and the staff were the coolest speaking French. Of course they speak English and Arabic.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even attempted to send an item to Marrakech for me. The Apparthotel is a part of the city that taxi drivers had difficulty finding. The reception area didn't always respond to phone calls, when attempts were made to find the hotel. The apartment was clean. Travelling alone, it was uncomfortable being there. However, the bedsheets were old and scratchy, very uncomfortable. As well, there was a lot of noise from the other apartment, which seemed to be hosting a party. There should also be an additional lock on the inside door.

We had an overall nice stay at SuiteLoc, the Staff is very nice and it is well located. The listed minibar, espresso machine, tee/coffee was unfortunately not in the room.

The service was great, very courteous and helpful. The apartment ( studio for us) was nicely decorated and clean, kitchenette is cute, good size studio, bright... however, shower door doesn’t close properly and drain very slowly, so water was spilling out of shower to the toilet and even outside toilet area. The bed sheet are clean, but it was really rough. Location is quiet and safe area, 20 mins walk to old Medina, 5 mns taxi to casa port, but not much around the area.

Good for family travel. My husband and me on the couch bed and his parents in the room. Location is a bit low key, not on the main street. Had to cancel our second night (before flying out) and hotel did not want to refund me in full but hotels.com did.
