新婚旅行で3泊しました。モロッコとフランスが混ざり合った感じのインテリアがどれもセンスが良く素敵でした。オーナーさんやスタッフさんもとても素敵な方々で、私達のおぼつかない英語にも優しく丁寧に対応してくれました。 海が見える屋上テラスで、朝日を見ながらの朝食も美味しく、毎日良い気分で過ごせました。 お部屋も清潔感があり、快適でした♪ またこの町に行く際は、ヴィラ ガランスに泊まりたいです！！

オーナーがとても親切で食事のオススメやオススメのスポットを教えてくれました。 スタッフのモロッコの方もとても感じが良くて、ステキな時間を過ごせました。

手頃な価格でモロッコならではの雰囲気を存分に味わえる宿だった。 気持ちの良い屋上テラスでミントティーを振舞ってくれ、エッサウィラのメディナ内の地図もくれた。片言英語の私にもいつでも笑顔で対応してくれたのが印象的。

Cet hôtel est incroyable, les gens sont extrêmement gentils. Kids friendly. La chambre est propre, bien agencée. La déco est très belle, vous vous sentirez dépaysés. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, et ils font tout pour vous satisfaire. La literie est bonne, et vous aurez l'impression de dormir chez Shérazade. Si nous revenons a Essaouira, nous reviendrons dans ce riad.

Nous sommes ravie de notre 1ere expérience en riad. Le riad est propre, calme et vraiment bien situé. Tout le personnel est serviable et sympathique. Le petit dej est excellent et tout est fait maison.

Esperienza certamente positiva! La camera luminosa e arredata molto bene, in uno stile che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La colazione in terrazza davvero piacevole anche se non ricchissima. Si potrebbe aggiungere qualcosa di salato. Da migliorare: la scale per arrivare al secondo piano e poi alla terrazza sono veramente ripide: non mi sorprederei se qualcuno inciampasse, a maggior ragione con l valigie. Consiglierei quindi un restyling delle scale mentre tutti il resto del Riad è PERFETTO!

Very friendly welcome. Always felt safe. Wonderful breakfast, the fresh orange juice was delicious. My only reason for a slightly lower score was the accessibility in our room. It was a stunning room but the tiled stairs coming out of the bathroom were a big hazard. My husband (fit, active 30 year old) slipped and has fractured his elbow. Might be worth more than one bath mat being provided in this room to avoid this happening to anyone else.

The riad is a very good choise, well situated in middle of the medina. It offers breakfast on the roof-top, which is nice as long the weather is fine.

We only spent one night in the superior suite room 7, but it was one of the best places and rooms we have ever stayed whilst travelling abroad. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming and warm, the room was very clean and smelt amazing, the bed and bedding is the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the soaps and lotions are devine, the location is excellent right in the centre of the Medina, the breakfast was delicious and the jams homemade. Everything was just fabulous.

Charming riad in the medina. Stayed 3 nights in the deluxe room #10 on the rooftop - comfortable room with a separate small living area and an outdoor sitting area, great for relaxing in the afternoon sunshine. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Good location down a quiet alleyway.

La Villa Garance est très bien située dans la médina, où ne circulent aucune voitures ni mobylette .Vous trouvez de nombreux resto pour y déguster du poisson frais provenant de la pêche du jour . Le personnel nous a bien indiqué tout ce qu'il fallait voir au niveau d'Essaouira . Le petit dej servi sur le roof top est très satisfaisant . Les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit est très confortable .

Two days before my check-in date, I called Villa Garance for recommendations of dinner places. I was told "oh there's a little problem with your booking, only a little problem, not big problem. We accepted a tour group and we have no room for you. We book you in another hotel which is better than us. Come to the reception and we will bring you there". So I asked which hotel they moved me into, they told me was Liouba. Then I searched online and found out Liouba was all sold out that night. I called back Villa Garance if they confirm that i have a room, because i couldn't find any room in the last minute by myself. Villa Garance called Liouba in another line and booked the room. Then I called Liouba to confirm it, it took like an hour back and forth, finally Liouba confirmed that I have a room. The fact that Villa Garance has no business commitment to individual bookings, didn't reached out to me and told me about this information until I called them is unacceptable. They expected me to show up at their reception to receive the news and waste our valuable vacation time travelling between hotels. I was happy with Liouba hotel for their service but still I filed a complaint with Expedia about Villa Garance. And Expedia told me they contacted Villa Garance and was told this is totally business as usual and they have done this to many other clients. Just want to write my experience here so whoever book this hotel can be prepared for such incident as "business as usual".

Highly recommend this place. In the middle of the old city with rich history.
