Chambre très bruyante malgré ma demande par écrit d’avoir une chambre calme. Je suis rentré à l’hôtel à 01 heure du matin passée pour le quitter à environ 06 heures du matin…j’avais vraiment besoin de dormir…

The receptionist was professional and quick with my check-in, but the room had a terrible smell. The towels had lost their softness due to overuse, making them harsh and unusable. The bed sheets were stained with what seemed to be yellow saliva marks, and the mattress was covered only by a loose sheet. The worst part was when a staff member knocked on the door, insisting on doing an inventory of the kitchen utensils, which included four cups, two dishes, and a kettle. I refused and told him I wasn’t using any of the provided items. During check-out, the morning receptionist asked me to wait while they counted the dishes and cups. A woman quickly went to the room to do the inventory. My wife told her that if they cared about the hotel, they should clean the dust under the beds and replace the pillows and mattress immediately. Overall, it was a very bad place to stay.

Stay was good and with the help of the staff who assisted with anything need we needed. Good communication and directions .

The staff were nice and very helpful. Hotel location was good and had store within 1 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Room had kitchen and we were able to prepare our own meal. Had a comfortable stay.

Clean and easy parking

The hotel is nice, but I didn’t get to use the internet, I approached the receptionist on duty on the 6th of May 2024, in the afternoon complaining about the bad internet , because I had to come downstairs at the reception to be able to connect with the network, his response was rude and uncalled for, he told me there is nothing he can do that I can sit down at the reception for how long I want.

Su top rien à dire

I like the service from reception staff and the 2 bedroom property we stayed, clean, quite & easy to get taxi from outside the apartments. The only thing I wasn't happy with is blankets was not washed they were very smell. That's only thing needs to be improved 💯 😌. Every thing else i was very very happy with
