We had an amazing 9 night stay and were very sad to leave. Ernesto has an amazing team who work incredibly hard to provide guests with a professional yet personal service. Despite the location we were never bored, electricity is not available 24 hours but we did not find this to be a problem. Long beach walks helped to counteract the effects of eating the amazing food served by Chef. The beach is long and very clean, we had low tide in the morning so managed a couple of hours exploring each day. We did a game drive, sanctuary walk and sunset cruise, all with lodge staff which we would recommend.

From the minute we arrived at the airport to the minute we sadly departed we were made so very welcome. Our transfer to the Lodge was seemless. A warm welcome with dancing & singing on the Jetty made us feel very special and we knew then that this was a magical place. The lodge rooms are right on the water and situated perfectly to watch the magnificent sunsets. Privacy is respected. The peninsula is very quiet and therefore allows total relaxation. You can do as much or as little as you want with the staff happy to organise and assist whenever required. We ate too much but it was hard not too as the food overall was fresh and delicious. Eating by candelight on the terrace or Jetty overlooking the water was delightful and romantic. The chef always willing to please. Facilities in the main Lodge area provide an alternative and spacious area to relax with a TV, Games, Books and wifi (if you need to keep in touch!!). Fresh pool towels are provided on the Lodge terrace and the rooms were cleaned and refreshed every day.
