As instalações são suntuosas, o quarto é espaçoso e a vista é bonita. Mas... O colchão é duro. A limpeza é bem questionável, o carpete está manchado e não é bem aspirado. Encontrei uma barata (pequena) na minha cama. A comida é ruim e suspeitável. A TV não funcionava, mas nem me preocupei em reclamar. Alguns andares são para fumantes mas mesmo nos para não-fumantes sente-se o cheiro de cigarro

Hotel bonito, mas serviço ruim. Odor de cigarro por todo o estabelecimento. Pessoas fumando dentro do elevador. Atendimento desleixado. Sala de ginástica em condições ruins com equipamentos sem manutenção. Café da manhã não estava disponível no horário.

Fully Chinese hotel that seems like it was nice when built but hasn’t been maintained and corners were cut throughout. Cigarette smoke from other rooms drifted into my room at night which was uncomfortable, all gym equipment was broken, and the room was missing important furniture. No patio items despite a nice patio, only two pillows on king bed with old hard mattress. The good things were that the wifi worked well and the pool was big and cool. It was also nice to be so close tot he conference centre. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was fine to sleep and get some work done.

Loved breakfast options. Only two issues, internet speed has been improved a lot, but consistency is the problem. No movie channels is the other problem.

I stayed for 5 nights and the internet was very poor and the TV was very old with virtually no entertainment. The meals were also not to the international standards. The hotel is well built and has good interior decor but I was very disappointed with these 3 things internet, food and entertainment

Clean rooms with Indian Ocean view. This is my fifth stay here and they really improved the breakfast but there is always room to grow. I wanted to book a safari tour but really couldn’t find a staff who can book me a tour. There should be a tour desk at the hotel. The restaurant and front desk staff are always very friendly and that’s one of the reasons I keep coming back to this hotel. Overall very good experience.

If you looking for luxury or clout don’t go here…but if you looking for elegant,class,presidential suit and comfort beyond your wildest imagination go here! Where they talk about 5 star hotel they talk about this! This Hotel is presidential feeling! For some reason I really enjoyed chines food funny part the food was actually good for me as well..went the like 3X already

on arrival i was told that my reservation was for the 19 not the 21 and 22 i asked for them to alter my dates, i was told to go into the internet and rebook via internet i decided to go to the hotel that i use when in Maputo

From Checking in, that took about 30 min, the place is never 5 star.......... Breakfast was worst ever. Room is nice and spacious, wifi is non existent in room, only seems to work at reception area.... Veiw from room is spectacular and that's the best part of your stay...

Service is horrible and people are not interseted in providing service. The hotel staff and management is after money. Even if you are dying they will not give you water until you pay for it. Have travelled so much but never seen such a kind of service. Very furstrating.

Need to improve for international tourists. The location is fabulous but need to open up further.

Nice large room with very comfortable bed and beautiful ocean view. Very friendly and helpful staff. No complaints really.

My bathroom had a bad smell. It took two attempts to fix it. Other the that everything was perfect
