Very helpful staff and a clean, quiet room after a weeks worth of sandy safari.

I stayed last minute here on a solo trip around Namibia. The owner was not present which could be why there were a few "not so ideal" things which backs up my review. Upon arrival I had to ring the bell quite a few times and then a lady came to the front door in her dressing gown (it was 11am) and had no clue I had a reservation. I had booked a double room and was given a single room therefore paying more than I should have. I was given no key to the padlocked front gate, breakfast was very cold eggs, cold toast and bacon (wrapped strangely with cling film over the plate) and some cereals. The window to my bathroom was secured only using a plastic tie wrap. My other window above my bed looked directly over the dining room table! The safe was locked shut and when I enquired I was told "I am not sure how to open it". The grounds were a bit dirty and tables and chairs also dirty outside near the pool area. All in all a bit shabby overall.
