グランド ホテル カトマンズ

テレビが使いにくく、何度修理しても正常化しなかった。そのために、毎日無駄な時間を費やした。あとは、他人のルームサービスの食器が長時間廊下に出たままで、見苦しかった。 チェックアウトが12時で便利。最終日、1時間延長したいと言ったら、チャージなしでokだった。

とても快適なホテルです。スタッフの方は親切でお部屋もきれいです。朝食も美味しいです。 中心部からは少し距離があります。がんばれば歩けなくは無いですが…。バイクや車が押し寄せてくるような交通量が多い道を歩かなければいけないので大変です。

The current condition of the hotel was not that great, may be due to the cover. I felt okay as I stayed during the discount rate.

I really didn't like the person who work in the front desk of evening shift. He doesn't even know how to talk to the guest. He used street language to me. Moreover, He doesn't respect women. It was my birthday, and my girlfriend came to me as a guest. We were about to go their restaurant Maharaja, but he did't let us go using abusive language. Additionally, The hotel need to be clean. My room had a hot water jug full of dirt on it. Also, the tap water of restrooms smells bad.

It's was quiet, but walls were thin and the wifi was bad

The rooms were in good condition and WiFi quality was good. It is in a quiet neighborhood with shops close by. Breakfast was good and service levels were quite nice.

Nice older hotel in need of some renovation, Heat and hot water supply need to be upgraded

This was the 2rd time I stayed in this property. On New Year's eve, they were reluctant to serve anything ordered unless I pay instantly & this was very much annoying & disappointing. They could have easily mentioned in the menu card, specially made for 31st, so that the guest is aware & not felt insulted.

We stay at this hotel often and really enjoy it. The staff is always wonderful and remember us from one visit to the next. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is good, and offers a nice range for choices. It is outside of the overcrowded tourist area of Thamel, but close enough for a quick taxi ride if that is where you need to go. There are a lot of places to stay in Kathmandu, but I highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Being a old property, there was work going on in the opposite room, so the corridor was strewn with work cloth

The hotel is far from the centre of kathmandu, hotel staffs are nice and rooms are not bad.

Hotel muito bonito. Tem um restaurante na cobertura com música local ao vivo. Funcionários muito educados, e bom quarto, ainda que antigo, mas com um excelente aspecto geral. Não fica no centro (embora seja possível ir a pé) mas a corrida de táxi dura poucos minutos e tem valor aproximado de 500 rúpias (pouco menos de 5U$). Vale a pena

A solid if dated business hotel a bit of way from touristic hotspots, often priced competitively and thus worth a stay, notch above the standard Thamel smaller hotels.

Bathroom flush did not work. Very low water pressure. Water was luke warm. No tissues in lobby. Breakfast buffet had a cappuccino machine but there was an extra charge for it. Good was mediocre. Had to summon wait staff continuously.

This is my 2nd time with this hotel . This time I had bad experience than last time . Room was very dirty . They give me twin bed coming double bed which is not comfortable. Baths room flasher was not working after flash it stock . Plz do not order room dine in coz it over charger and food not good at all . Just walk south from hotel there is some restaurants. There is lots of thing to take care I don’t recommend this hotel
