チェックアウトの際想定より時間が掛かり手際の悪さを感じたが、その他施設の清潔さ、ロケーション、タクシーの手配など気持ちよく過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。

We loved our stay at Hotel Lake Shore. We originally booked three nights as we hadn’t firmed up our travel plans. But after the first day we realized this was the perfect base to explore Pokhara. This is a comfortable, family owned hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but our room had a view of Lake Fewa and from our balcony we could see the mountains. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with our tea every morning. Every place we wanted to go was an easy walking distance, plus the hotel set us up with a 1/2 day trip to Begnas Lake. The best part of Hotel Lake Shore is the people. The manager, Sanjog, made sure we were comfortable and took care of everything we needed. Everyone on the staff greeted us each time we passed through the lobby. We’re vegan and though they didn’t have nondairy milk, we brought our own and they generously steamed it for our coffee every day. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Pokhara.

After a long time, I had the chance to stay at Hotel Lakeshore, and I have to say—this place is a hidden gem in Lakeside! From the balcony of our room, we had the most breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. It was absolutely mesmerizing and made our stay feel extra special. My partner and I spent just one night here, but we loved every moment. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, yet the hotel feels peaceful and secluded, with nature all around. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also used the hotel's airport shuttle service, which was really convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. If you're looking for a place with stunning views, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is it! Highly recommend.

In a great location, walkable to the main strip and across from the lake. Very accommodating and assisted with airport transfers (for a fee).

Reasonable priced hotel at the southern end of Lakeside. Room and bathroom are fairly basic, but adequate for the price. Balcony has a table and chairs with nice lake view. Staff is friendly. The biggest problem for us was the noise which carries throughout the building. Despite notices requesting quiet, we had guests talking loudly and slamming their doors which disturbed our sleep. The food was disappointing so we only had breakfast there once during our 5 day stay. The bed was a kittle hard for us and the pillows weren't particularly comfortable.

I had a great stay! The staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. The building seems to be well constructed and well done. Quality furnishings and fixtures. Hot water in the shower with lots of pressure. The airport shuttle service was very appreciated. On top of everything, it was exceptionally affordable. I highly recommend that you stay here while in Pokhara.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I extended my stay for four days because they were that helpful.

The good, the bad and the ugly. Staff at the front desk were fun and helpful. Housekeeping staff were hardworking and quick. Dining room staff were disorganized and inefficient. To the defense of one server, he was constantly being called for diverse tasks, which confused him substantially. He was trying hard. Very disappointing was arranging a taxi to the airport. We paid full price, only to find that our group of two was squeezes into the taxi with another group of two that we didn’t know. The worker from the travel side saw an opportunity to make double the money, and did not offer any forewarning or checking to see if this was ‘okay’ with us. I didn’t appreciate that maneuver. But rooms were spacious, desk staff enthusiastic, and showers outstanding (rain shower from the ceiling). Despite my criticisms, I would go back…but knowing who to count on and when to seek services elsewhere.

Room was so so, not so clean with some hairs at the corner, noise from next room, fan broken with loud noice. The the reception was terrible, not only ripping off but also lying on the tours and tickets. He rarely kept his words on everything. For example, he charged 2000Rs on my ticket to Lumbini. When I found on the web site that it is 1300, he said (without any hesitation) it is different bus with better seats and etc.. But it was the same minibus actually, and the seat (19) was the worst one with very narrow space. He is such a good lier. I would never stay in this hotel.

The service was really amazing, we got sick when we arrived, and they were very pending and helpful. Also my wife is celiac and they have been accommodating gluten free options. We had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend staying here if in the area.

Good located hotel, is walking distance from nice walk around the lake, room has all what you need and more that you not expect. The service is great very helpful and dedicated. From the people at resto and top front desk I have for long time. The

Stayed there for 2 weeks. The room was clean and comfortable with nice design. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything else that requires improvement in this hotel.

Great location that is walkable to the heart of Lakeside. Great views of Fewa Tal. Staff was very friendly and helpful from laundry to breakfast in the morning and even scheduling a PCR test.

No
