Great value for money. Lovely garden setting. Rooms okay. Close to everything Lakeside has to offer.

Rooms: dirty, and the carpet seemed not to be washed for years and welcomed by smell of mold. bed frame/headboard had holes in them Bedsheets and blanket had holes and stunk. Electrical sockets didn't work either. Bathrooms: Basins and the boards were rusted. No curtains in the bathroom, toilet paper holder was non-existent. No soaps provided. The water stops in the middle of the shower and the manager didn't believe us and extremley rude. accused us of intentionally leaving tap on when we left so that water came out. One girl between 16-18 yrs semmed to be the only one working all the way from breakfasts to cleaning. Others seem useless and unhelpful. Internet seemed to be useless.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant une semaine en septembre 2015. Si le cadre est très agréable, avec un jardin central et le lac tout proche, et le personnel serviable et attentionné, le point faible que nous avons rencontré était une colonie de fourmis bien installée dans notre chambre. Après de grosses attaques de répulsif, elles ont bien voulu quitter les lieux, et notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La chambre est assez grande, mais trop chaude si le ventilateur s'arrête à cause d'une coupure d'électricité. Le wifi est malheureusement trop faible, mais ce n'est pas réellement important.

Very near the center, friendly staffs, spacious room.

Room is clean and just ok for pokhara standards. The staff is very friendly. It is nicely located near the restos.

Vi bodde på hotellet seks netter. Rommet var rent og det var varmt vann i dusjen når det er strøm. Hotellet har en veldig fin hage, og de ansatte er svært vennlige og hjelpsomme. Tommel opp.

I would surely come back to this hotel again. the location is fantastice, the amenities of the hotel, the staff and the property itlsef is awesome. most important its a comfy hotel at a great price.

The location of hotel is good with nice landscaping. But the only drawback was poor hotel staff. They were not at all co operative.

那里的员工人太好了,那天我老公很多了,回去很晚.他们就等着没睡.还把我老公扶到房间才放心离开.环境也相当不错,有个漂亮的小园子,早上醒来,看到满树的蝴蝶在飞,好惊喜.

The hotel is very good.homily environment.staff were polite and served with in time they prepared customise food.

hope to stay back in same hotel

if it wasn't for the fact that there are no closets or kitchens. but aside from that, THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN. a beautiful garden which is swept each morning, friendly, helpful staff, it is a great place; especially at the price.. close to anything you want or need. aside from the new hotel going up across the street from 8 to 5, this place is perfect.

c'était vraiment un très bon Hotel, chambres spacieuses, bon petit déjeuner et gentillesse du personnel de l'hotel ! si nous revenons à Pokhara, nous retournerons à cet hotel qui est en plus, très bien situé !

We had a very good stay at Hotel Mandala. The staff was really helpful. Our room was like a small appartemente, with a small balcony were you could enjoy the sun and the nice garden. At night it was peaceful. It was allways hot water in the shower, and the room was very clean. Perfect place to stay for backpacers and people on a budget.

We stayed at hotel Mandala for 4 weeks during which time we were treated very well by all the staff, great place to stay and within very close proximity to everything you could need in lakeside.
