スタッフの対応やホテルメンテナンスはしっかりしている。急な事情で外出で、スタッフがバイクで送迎したり助かった。コックも朝食に変化をつけるサービス対応してくれよかった。停電時のバックアップ電源も機能し、よかった。また、コストPAFも良かった。

I was there in Pokhara for a trek in Annapurna region. The hotel reception staff helped us tremendously by keeping our extra luggage in the storeroom a week before our Check-in date. They also helped us in allowing a day in advance check-in to one of the rooms. They helped and guided us, I shall surely book this hotel when I am back in pokhra in 2019.

Budget wise, this place fits right into your pocketbook....simple, a little outdated, noise from the neighbors behind the hotel was a little concern, but, if you spent any amount of time in nepal, you'll know that speaking with your outdoor voice, inside, is fairly common....Damu, the owner /manager was very respondent to my needs and he definitely made an honest effort to take care of things....I would rate this hotel higher if its wasn't for the very, very outdated decor....Damu makes this place so if your on a strict budget and have earplugs....go for it

Food is good. Views of Lake and mountain is superb from 3rd floor. Location is nearby to Lake.Advise to prefer for 3rd floor room for getting good views. Reception is well equipped and prompt. Staffs r courteous and having ability to understand ur need.

Good hotel near the lake, rooms are not very big but cosy and has all the amenities.

Haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer (Honey Moon Suite) erhalten sondern nur ein kleines Zimmer ohne Bergsicht. Frühstück ist sehr mager und die WLAN Ve3rbinding mehr schlecht als recht. Keine Reaktion auf die Reklamation vor Ort oder Hotels.com

很棒，工作人員服務態度好

飯店位在大街後方很安靜，離費娃湖也不遠。頂樓可以遠眺費娃湖也可以觀星。房間寛敞舒適，拉開窗簾就可以看到美麗的魚尾峰。熱水供應充足，每天客房整理的很乾淨，備品都有補足。人員很親切且樂於提供幫忙！

I read a lot of reviews before choosing a hotel, one must look at all things. I found like everywhere the Nepalese people want to provide the best service that they can, therefore one should not pick out a hotel based on this. The Penn. hotel is fine for the money and kept very, very clean, it is at a very good location, let me repeat this statement, it is at a very good location, The manager took the time to take me to a local market with him on the bus and showed me the bus routes etc.. that I found to be above great and very much respected. I would sit on the lawn and chat with him, very interesting man.ok back to hotel, food was fine, coffee was great etc. The place was fine, did I mention that it was quiet and a great location (hint, hint) I have no reason not to stay there again.

레이크사이드의 주요 거리와 상점들과 가까워 이동이 편리합니다. 네팔 특성상 가끔 전기사용이 불가능해진다거나하는 불편함이 있지만 네팔여행에선 어쩔수없이 감수해야 하는 일이지요 직원들이 매우 친절하였고 룸컨디션도 이가격에 묶기에는 괜찮습니다.

No backup generator.. and wrost dining service ever...

Our stay was ok, but I expected more for the price in this area. The Wi-Fi would only work when the power was turned on and the same for the ac. We specifically chose this hotel because it had ac, but only was able to use it about 2 hours of our stay.

Due power shortage it was quite hard to recharge phone . The view and staff were fantastic and the location quite central

Behageligt hotel, rent og pænt, god beliggenhed. Venligt personale. Lille balkon på værelset med bjergudsigt. Dejlig stor terrasse på 4. sal med sø- og bjergudsigt, hvor man kan få serveret kaffe eller øl. Lidt kedelig morgenmad. Lidt lille værelse uden skabsplads til 4 personer med meget bagage. Byggestøj fra modsat side ad gaden.

We had a lovely stay at Peninsula. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was also nice in the sense that they prepared our seperate breakfast since we are strictly vegetarians. We have already recommended this hotel to our niece who will be visiting Pokhara by the end of this month. If we ever come back to Pokhara, we'll certainly consider Peninsula as our first choice. However, we would suggest that other hotels also be checked out before making the final decision.

Relaxing

Had a good stay. Hotel manager was very customer oriented and friendly. Good, clean hotel in great surrounding, however hotel access terrible, very bad road. Just 3 things to highlight though, 1.no lift ( we were told its normal in pokhara), so rooms on 4th floor might be a bit tricky for elderly people. 2. We got small electric shock on the taps in the shower ( in all 3 rooms that we booked). 3. At breakfast time, we were served potato dish and it appeared( smelt) not too fresh! We reported none of the above to management cause we had no time. Other than that its a value for money hotel.
