ロケーションは最高です。空港やバスステーションからも徒歩３０分あれば到着しました。朝食は美味しくいただけ、部屋によってはテラスからマチヤプチヤレが望めます。

繁華街に近く、快適なホテルで良かったです。エアコンの冷房で水が垂れてきた点は改善が必要かと思います。

Day 1: • None of the power sockets in the room worked properly — I had to hold my charger in place to get it to work. • The kettle was not working, and instead of replacing it, they gave me a different adaptor, which wasn’t helpful. • The towels and bed linen were extremely worn out, which was disappointing for the price paid. Day 2: We booked a tour directly through the hotel, expecting a hassle-free experience. However, the driver skipped one of the locations without informing us and showed no interest in being helpful or friendly. I had to request twice to turn on the AC, only for him to switch the blower to the lowest setting — I eventually gave up. When we brought up the issue with the front desk, they still insisted on charging the full amount, expecting tourists to know the itinerary better than their own drivers. With such poor service and lack of hospitality, I would not stay here again nor recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Would you like to add a closing statement or soften any parts?

Hotel at the central lakeside location with great customer service!!!

Great central hotel to explore lake side within walking distance of lake Phewa, restaurants and bars. For KFC lovers, the only outlet in Nepal is opposite the hotel. While the rooms, particularly bathrooms have seen better days, value for money is still very good here.

Nice hotel with big clean rooms and lovely lake views from the rooftop. Highly recommended.

The assigned room was dirty and had a water leakage, the wooden floor was bend due to the water and as I walked inside the room what will surface and wet my shoes and soxs. Next day they moved me to another room and was much better. Staff though, were very helpful and they tried their best to do their job.

Good location. Two things I think are issue is loud music right next door and the view is not as advertised but still decent. People and customer service are amazing. The breakfast team is awesome. The gentleman young guy who wants to study in America is great hotel associate.

모든것이 완벽하게 좋앗습니다. 위치도 레이크사이드여서 필요한 물건이나 식당을 찾는것도 좋구요 바로 앞에 gym 도 잇습니다 그리고 무엇보다도 호텔이 너무 깔끔하고 와이파이나 뜨거운물도 너무 잘나오구요 청소도 깔끔하게 잘해주십니다 프론트에서도 굉장히 친절하게 안내를 하주시기 때문에 꼭 방문해 보시기를 추천합니다

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Nächte hier. Das personal ist unübertroffen, von Herzen nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Das Frühstück ist lecker und vielfältig. Die Betten sind gut, das Wasser heiß. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe und einen Balkon. Dachterasse isr der Knaller!!!

Wonderful helpful staff who are very professional and helpful, lovely clean room. Modern bathroom with hot shower, just what was needed after a long hike, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious too. The only thing that let it down was the building work’s going on opposite but they stopped early evening so not too much of a bother. Very close to the main strip.
