Exceptional service with very nice and clean rooms. Prabin and his crew went above and beyond in all aspects of our group of 9 stay. Highly recommend and if I find myself in Kathmandu again, I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel felt like a little home away from home. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable and happy. Even though the bathroom had some leaks and the bed wasn’t the greatest, I will stay here again. It is very convenient because you are close to Thamel without being in the hectic area. I walked everywhere and did not need a car unless to go to the temples. Other than that I loved the food options nearby specially the Massala Beads cafe this is a must try and it’s only 5 mins away walking.

Management & staffs are very helpful, polite and professional! Breakfast is good. Very convenient location!

Everything is very good. The staff are so friendly and the environment is so homely. Everyone is so kind and the food was good too.

Staff excellent and exceptional. Great service . They tried to help every time. No request turned down. Bathroom shower needs renovation. Water spills everywhere. Apart from this great service.

The kindest most helpful staff! Excellent value! Nice breakfast! Has an elevator! I was traveling with my elderly mother and my two children and this was convenient.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities including my room and bathroom were quite clean. The location was excellent for shopping. And the staff were very responsive, professional, and helpful. The manager, Mr. Probin Shah, took great care in making my stay memorable. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel. The price was great for the location and felt I got value for my money. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and had good variety during my 10 day stay. Manager was very willing to help coordinate any tourist activities you would like. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Property is located in a quiet section of Thamel. Rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. It has a very nice rooftop terrace to relax. However, the best part of this hotel is the amazing staff! Prabin, the hotel manager, made me feel right at home. He took care of all my transportation arrangements within the area and to the airport at very fair prices. Prabin and his staff are very knowledeable about anything and everything you would want to know about your visit to Kathmandu. They even offered me cold medicine and lemon honey tea when I came down with a cold for two days during my stay! These guys are tge best! Will stay here again

Good location and very friendly staff

The entire staff is professional, kind, welcoming, a pleasure to be with, knowledgeable about the city, and took the time to teach me how to play the singing bowls in the lobby! What a delightful experience our stay has been! Gracious service for delicious breakfast also.
