This hotel offers excellent value for price. I stayed here on business from Tokyo, and it was clean and had no issues. It's the best reasonably priced hotel with free airport pickup. The commuter fare from the hotel to the airport is 15USD. Those looking for a high-end, full-service hotel should choose another one. The hotel manager is friendly and helpful.

施設は綺麗ですし手入れされています。冷蔵庫とセーフティボックスもあります。スタッフが大変親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。また私の落ち度ですがセーフティボックスを閉め忘れ開きっぱなしでしたが、iPadもお金もパスポートも何もなくなってませんでした。本当に感謝です。とても信頼できるスタッフです。

空港まで無料で迎えがついています。 事前にエクスペディアを通じて、到着時刻を知らせると、親切なメッセージが届き、到着時に気をつけることができ、感謝しています。 ウェルカムドリンクや朝食もおいしく、周辺にレストランも多く、便利な場所にあります。 上の階で、荷物を運んだり、到着時は運んでもらえますが、階段が少し大変でした。

よく受付にいるマネージャーさんが、本当に親切で優しく会うたびに声をかけてくれて、困っていないか確認してくれました。Pathaoというネパールのウーバみたいなやつは、毎回電話がかかってくるのですが私の代わりに毎回対応して話してくれました。お水も毎日1リットルを、2本もらえルームサービスも美味しかったです。近くにコンビニもあり、タメル地区のレストランやお店もすぐですが、1本小道に入っているのでとても静かです。 あと、何気に洗面所にスリッパがあって大活躍でした。そういう心遣いがうれしいホテルです。 The hotel manager is very very kind and friendly.He always care about me and helped a lot. location is nice go anywhere and for shopping/dinner too but also calm.l’m looking forward to visiting again.See you soon

The property was nice and clean

This hotel was amazing! The breakfast was delicious. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. My flight was changed for earlier time so I needed the shuttle to come 2 hrs early…and they accommodated for me and packed breakfast at 4am!

We just spent two delightful nights with the good people who staff the Magnificient Hotel. That is rare for me to begin a review in this fashion. But, to be sure, it is the people who you interact with that make all the difference. A diamond studded property shines dimly when the staff is unengaged, indifferent or impersonal. And a hotel with employees who truly treat you as guests, and not mere customers, is what makes a stay a memorable experience. That is what you can expect here. While the property is serviceable (especially so for the price) if it the people who put the magnificience into this place. It began weeks before our arrival when arrangements were made for collection at the airport. And they were there, and waited an hour after we were not. After 32 hours of travel, seeing your name on a sign at the airport is, well, magnificient, and an attention to detail repeated without fail. Simply put, "guest services" is what makes this place shine. And when we left it felt as though we did so as friends, as one of them accompanied us to the taxi, and draped a khaada

The room was nice especially for the price and location. The staff especially Ganga and Vishal were friendly and attentive. I even watched a little cricket matches with them. The restaurant’s food was solid as well.

From the manager Mr Ganga, to the checkin staff, restaurant staff, all superb. Rooms are clean and modern, always hot water, great location right near Garden of Dreams. Good price. Loved it.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, next to the garden of dreams which was a good marker when travelling around Kathmandu. Short walk into the Thamel nightlife, restaurants and bars. Money exchange office very close to the hotel with the rates the same as others within the city. Pick up from the airport was included and helpful in initially finding the hotel. For the return to the airport the hotel arranged a minibus and we paid, about £5. The only downside is if you have mobility issues as there are no lifts. I would recommend this hotel!

Room spotless. Staff were amazing.

Gunga, the hotel manager is attentive, helpful and friendly and all the staff looked after us so well. The hotel and rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is wonderful too: close to Thamel but not noisy.

Je dirais dans un premier temps, le personnel. TOUT l’monde est gentil, souriant, on ressent de la bienveillance à chaque regard, bref un endroit à recommander à 100%. Je me dois de souligner l’excellente nourriture et l’entretien # des chambres. Je donne à l’hôtel au complet la nite de 10/10 pour la propreté

Breakfast limited when came down at 9am. However we have scored this high as manager was outstanding, probably the best we have come across after years of travelling. He was happy to give advice and book bus tickets/taxi etc… He came round at breakfast checking on all the guests.

Room was clean. Breakfast is good. Would recommend!

Great location with epic Mountain View’s. The beds are a little stiff but that is the only complaint. Good food in the morning buffet. Extremely nice staff. And super good location
