Amazing staff and the best hotel in Nepal for their hot shower!!

Fair standard.

Beautiful hotel situated just on the edge of the busier portion of the tourist street. Just a few minutes of walking and you can be in the center of things.

Hotellissa oli hyvä palvelu ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Hyvä uima-allas ja ravintola. Huoneiden äänieristys oli puutteellinen, ulkoa ja käytäviltä äänet kuuluivat selkeästi.

We chose this hotel as a splurge treat, after staying in a budget hotel in Kathmandu. It is advertised as having a nice pool, spa and calls itself a resort. Upon arrival we were notified that the pool was under construction to enlarge it, but they would take us somewhere else if we really needed to swim. What?? It is not stated on the hotel website that the pool is closed, so we felt duped. To top this, they gave us two rooms OVERLOOKING and LISTENING to the construction (starting at 8:00 a.m.) Our second room's air conditioning was not working. After notifying them, the maintenance man came and pushed some buttons on the remote and said it was working now. He hadn't done anything we hadn't already tried and nothing changed. The next morning, he came again and climbed a ladder, fussed with it a bit and said, there, now it's working. It was not. My husband had to go and demand a new room. They finally admitted it needed to have a repair from the company and moved my sister and kids down the hall. OH, and the spa I was looking forward to? It was right next to the construction noise and mess of the pool, so not a relaxing atmosphere at all. We were told they could not refund a night's stay for us, because we had prepaid through Expedia. They offered to extend our stay one extra night for free, which we could not take advantage of since we were flying the next day. Also, you must go outside to get to your room and back to the lobby, so if it's raining, that's a pain.

Better than average hotel at a very reasonable price point. Too bad about he marble hallway flooring, which amplifies noise transmitted into rooms. Otherwise quite pleasant, 3-star hotel.

Very professonal and super courteous staff. Loved view of Himalayans right there at your window and terrace. Also good location to shopping area.

Overall stay was pleasant and good...Staffs are good and they have welcomed us...Rooms was clean, spacious and we'll maintained.. Generally hotel allows for late check out but even after we requested they haven't allowed for late check out... Location was good and close to Lake also you could able to view the annapuruna mountain sunrise...

La chambre étais très bien et le personnel de l'hôtel es très bien

Jeden z nejlepsich hotelu v Pokhare. Pokoj opravdu dobry, cisty, evropsky standart. V centru a pritom malicko stranou. Jen bazen, ktery me nalakal, byl zrovna zavreny. Jinak vrele doporucuji. Cena je na Nepal trochu vyssi. Ale odpovida.

Nice people and staff.. A little dissapointed with the food.. Very expensive

Property is good, but the staff is untrained. It was raining and the staff refused to give room service. The banquet manager was also in support of the waiter. Very average breakfast.
