スタッフが親切であることを努力しようとしていること（上から下まで）。水回りがとてもきれいなこと。建物は古めだが、ていねいに管理されていること。山を見たいと言えば、山が見えてるよとスタッフが声をかけてくれること。あと盛り場のすぐそばで便利がいいのもいい。

We booked for one night and ended up staying 4. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. You are very close to the lake and restaurants and nightclubs with many to choose from. I would recommend staying at Vardan Resort. Not a 5 star resort but definitely a 5 star experience.

I've been blessed to work and travel around the planet and can say this is the warmest, most inviting hotel I've ever stayed. My brother and I were treated as family. The owner, Madan, we consider a brother; Shanta, the assistant, a daughter; and the beautiful smiling faces of Raz and Maya still bring a smile to mine. We stayed in the cottages. They're cute, quiet and attractive and the grounds are inviting. It's within a two minutes walk from the frenetic energy of the main street and yet exists in a calming bubble. It was difficult to leave and I look forward to returning. Thanks Madan, Shanta, Raz and Maya!!!

Great place and super friendly staff who helped me a lot with finding a bus

The place is near to resturants and taxi stand. But the Front desk is close early when front desk is closed. your room service phone is shut off till next day morning. Overall good people and location but it's not resort. just small rooms and good appartments. that's it.

The hosts at this resort were superb. They helped us to book tickets, rooms, and tours for our next top in Chitwan. The free shuttle was great. The hotel itself is within walking distance of the hurly-burly of Lakeside, but it is very peaceful. The only minor complaint I have is the front gate is locked after a certain hour at night. However, the security guard will let you in if you get his attention.

Det er et rigtig hyggeligt hotel, som ligger lidt væk fra alle butikkerne, men det tager stadig kun få minutter at gå derhen. Det er et roligt område, hvor der er god mulighed for at slappe af og personalet er meget venligt.

Very clean, simply & stylishly decorated cottages that are designed in traditional Nepalese architecture. Although preserving the old architecture, there is nothing old in the rooms/cottages themselves! Sheets & towels were spotless as was the room & the bathroom - both times I stayed here! Very friendly service and free AP pick up and drop. Hot shower was always available. Bfast & laundry also available on request. The room was built so well that it was not nearly as chilly as it usually is in other places at this time of the year (but the room air still very fresh). They even brought a hot water bottle in the evening to give you sweet dreams. The hotel is in a peaceful location, on a sidestreet, 200 metres from all the shops & cafes of Lakeside and surrounded by a small, beautiful garden which you can enjoy from your own cottage terrace. Really recommend this place!

We stayed here for about a week. The staff is amazing. First off the manager, Nabaraj, helped us plan a trek. He gathered our permit in advance and was not pushy about selling us a guide or porter, which we did not use. Also, he helped me plan a birthday dinner for my fiancé, in which he made us dinner reservations and bought a cake that he had sent to the restaurant. The rest of the staff was very warm, friendly, and willing to help with anything. The rooms were incredibly clean with great attention to detail. The location is right in the middle of the lakeside area and walking distance to everything. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and are situated in a nice garden setting. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly reccomend.
