Horrible! Do not book here! The rooms are not what they look like in the pictures. We was given 2 towels on the first day, one towel was covered it makeup and one clean towel; that was the only towel we had for 4 days between 2 of us. We was not given any new clean towels throughout our stay. The rooms were not cleaned, the rooms were dusty, the bed sheet had marks on it, and the “black out curtain” was broken so light still got in. The staff were exceptionally rude. When we called them to double check that we had found the right place (because there are no signs on the wall or by the entrance door), she rudely told me “check in is at 3” who them kept repeating this until she finally listed to me and told me yes we was in the right place and told us to come back later. When we eventually came back later and called them like they instructed us too, they said they would come downstairs to get us. They did not come down for 40 minutes, and ignored our messages when we asked if they was coming. I just found the staff to be very rude. What B&B doesn’t come with breakfast either? I hated this place. I’ll never come back again. Good thing all you do is sleep in these rooms. Dirty rooms with no clean towels. -10/10

Not as advertised,the photos make it look good, we had the smaller room and its literally a bed in a very small room. I had to email to ask for toilet rolls as there weren't any on arrival and still we were made to wait until the next day! Not acceptable! No milk or teabags. Wouldnt ever stay again!

Di speciale aveva la sorpresa che non c’è stato detto cioè sia le scale che solo un equilibrista poteva salire e il bagno in comune che non era né scritto nel sito ne ci è stato detto dopo, e ovviamente tutto incluso o meglio niente shampo ne bagno schiuma cioè niente .... pulizia scarsa molto scarsa ... pavimento sporchissimo dal coinquilino di prima e posaceneri pieni di cicche ecc. Alla fine di positivo non abbiamo trovato niente , l’unica cosa positiva del B&B è la posizione in cui si trova .... chi è disposto a pagare 77€ a notte con tutto quello che ho elencato bene.
