Logement propre et équipé correctement, manque juste un Grill pain.

Leider nicht wirklich sauber, abgewohnt, WC/Bad wirkte nicht sauber, Abfluss hat gestunken, Handtücher waren vergilbt, zu wenige Wassergläser (3), zu viele Weingläser, Schlafzimmer auf Galerie und dadurch sehr laut und hell, Sofa für max 3 Personen

Nice, good value apartment with just enough space for our family of four. Appreciated the kitchen facilities, especially the coffee pad machine and two bedrooms was a bonus. The steps up to them are steep though and would be a challenge to the mobility impaired, and as someone mentioned, the ‘exit’ light is ridiculously bright - we thought it was time to get up at 2am! Everything else is a positive though including the appealing location which is close to transport, eateries etc. Recommended!

The person who checked me in was very kind, but everything else was extremely disappointing. The address listed on the booking was only for picking up the keys, and afterwards we had to walk about 15 minutes to the actual apartment. When we arrived, the place was dirty, very noisy, and looked nothing like the photos shown on Expedia. I have already opened a claim with customer service because I feel misled — the pictures do not reflect the reality of the apartment I was given. If I don’t receive a solution or refund, I will dispute the charge with my bank, as the description and photos do not match what I received.

Missing international TV channels, CNN, BBC, sky, etc. But realy not need TV, Amsterdam is good. Might a little to hard bed. Overall verry happy. I will be back😀

Didn't enjoy staying at this apartment, bedroom very tight, bed stuck to wall, tiny bathroom, no air condition, rudimentary kitchenware, uncomfortable sofa.

The worst point was that the garden was in building. Few menage in the kitchen. The best, near the centrum , calefaction and new furniture in the apartment.

Have you ever wanted a permanent night light if your room, the size and color of an emergency exit sign? Well, this is your place. In case you forget where the door is in the small, studio apartment, the management (or likely local building code organization) wanted to ensure you were completely safe. We taped a pizza box and a scarf over the sign to make it dark enough to sleep, but definitely an annoying part of the apartment. The shower also had a bad smell. We had a maintenance guy throw some chemicals at the bathroom after day one. After another 36 hours or so, the smell came back. The place is not the finest establishment, with water marks on the walls, patched holes not painted, broken TV, insufficient utensils (we were given only one spoon), and old furniture...but the price was one of the more affordable places in the area. You get what you pay for.

It is not bad considering the locations but it could be better on cleaniness and the amenities part.

Location was great in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was very quiet being within a courtyard. The apartments really lack air circulation and light as the only way to get either in the apartment was to leave the front door open which in the summer isn't ideal with the bugs but was way too hot. Windows in bedroom are hard to open as the beds block them.

The garden apartments were as advertised. Very clean with some supplies provided. The staff communicated well and were very responsive.

Emplacement idéal. Commodités correctes. Pas d'aération / tres tres chaud a l'intérieur.

Really don’t recommend!!! I stayed there with 3 of my friends, On our first night there we got robbed! We were sleeping and some one got in to our apartment, opened the safe, stole all our money and phones. The owner didn’t even care and nothing was Done from his side to assist us. We come every year to Amsterdam but something like that never happened. They opened the door and the safe while we were sleeping. Very terrifying experience.

The apartment is very cozy and quirky. The bathroom had a slight smell (they came to fix it, but it came back), and the entrance could use some remodeling. However, I would recommend it for a family traveling together.

Private and quiet during 3 day stay. Good facilities especially shower.
