洗面台が小さすぎ、またそのうえの棚が出ているため口がすすげず、頭が入らない。 シャワー室にシャンプーを置く棚がないため、シャンプー、石鹸などは床に落とすしかなく、改善をしてほしい。 また、夜間入り口の階段に人が座り込んでおり、治安として危ないように感じた。 宿泊者であるが、座り込み、階段の汚れがあり品位を落としている。

The hotel was clean and served the purpose. Food was good. Location was further from the Ahoy, however the staff were amazing.

The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are helpful and efficient and the rooms are w well equipped with smart TVs and large comfortable beds. The price I paid for my stay was also a fair bit less than competing hotels were charging for the same dates. The location is a little out of the way if you aren't driving though so bear that in mind. We coped fine getting Ubers to the metro station at Slinge in order to get elsewhere but it would have been easier if we had our own car. That being said, the location also meant the area was super quiet and it was easy to get a relaxing night's sleep as a result

Close to Ahoy but isolated from any walkable bars/restaurants. In an industrial area. Gloomy bar/restaurant area with not enough staff for bar and reception. Food average at best and beer is expensive €7 plus for a warm pint… Rooms small and in need of renovation as is most of the hotel.

The Hotel Bastion is a good place to stay. Clean and neat. Not many place to visit close by. 20 minute ride to good restaurants in Rotterdam Centrum.

I liked the room. Nice bed, nice tv. Bathroom was really small though. The hallway wasn't all that clean and during the day you could barely pass due to all the cleaning stuff. If you don't have a car, it's not great to reach. The nearest busstop is a 15 minutes walk away. Also the first manager I talked to when checking in forgot to charge me the extra costs. He also didn't speak Dutch at all. The manager checking out was very polite and friendly.

Prima hotel op 30 minuten loopafstand van Ahoy. Perfect voor concertbezoek. Prima restaurant en mooie kamers. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
