The online check in was ok. We had a 2 separate questions at different times and there was no one at the desk. Had to ring bell several times.

I like the simple booking process, however from the minute I walk through the door you can hear and see the chaos of the operation. A self check in system that doesn’t work, having to write down ethnicity as a first question shows their priorities. From being harassed by a man who appears to be management, but denies any responsibility. For example the first stay I was harassed for parking my hybrid electric in an electric specific parking spot, by the manager. With an empty parking lot.. but the second stay he has special allowance for large trucks to park there because of their precious cargo, which I did not ask. He “manager” then goes to breach their privacy by telling me the room number they’re staying in. Many items in my “suite” malfunctioning, leaking, stained. They really push to not clean your room, but offer a hand scribbled $10 rip off voucher in exchange. Complete corner cutting, unprofessional mess. As a business owner, best western should consider pulling the licensing. Or risk lawsuits, further action to ensure this will be made.

Such a great hotel: they gave my daughter a lovely message and treats because it was her birthday. We didn’t expect that at all and are so grateful. We loved the adjoining rooms and underground parking too.

Van buiten nodigt het hotel niet uit, maar van binnen was het netjes met mooie kamers.

The restaurant was inundated with 2 bus loads of tourists who ignored hotel instructions and descended for breakfast at the same time. This overwhelmed staff and made it difficult for regular guests. We had to wait until the buses departed and the buffet was replenished to have breakfast.

Hotel ist sauber und okay. Liegt aber in einem Industriegebiet, wo sonst nichts ist.

The rooms were okay, clean and spacious. The restaurant was okay and staff too. The airconditioning did not cool the room well enough for sleeping to be comfortable. We reported this to the staff and they sent somebody but it did not help.
