受付の方がとても親切で、とても気持ちよく泊まることができました。チェックインのときは一緒に荷物を持ってきてくれましたし、チェックアウトのときに次の日まで荷物を預かってほしいと言ったのですが、快く預かってくれました。 ロケーションもとても良く、キッチン付きの部屋で広々としていました。家具もきれいで快適に過ごせました。唯一の欠点は、近くの道路に大きな車が通った時、部屋が少し揺れました。

商用であったため、少し駅からの距離が気になる所であった。 又電車が大幅に遅れ２３時にホテルに到着した。 スタッフは基本２２時前には帰宅するので、事前に連絡して鍵を専用ポストに入れてもらう必要がある。 たまたまスタッフの変えるのに間に合ったが、登録メールが見れることと、携帯電話は必須である。 スタッフは親切で、部屋も悪くはない。

I stayed there nights at this hotel and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. First of all, the room had no exterior window at all. To be fair, this was technically mentioned in the listing, but in reality the room feels extremely dark and claustrophobic. It really does not feel like a proper hotel room. The condition of the room was also unpleasant. The ceiling was completely unfinished with exposed concrete and pipes, which might be a “design choice” for some people, but for me it looked unfinished and frankly quite ugly. Cleanliness was another issue. When I opened the kettle there was a piece of something inside that looked half rotten, which was honestly quite disgusting. This made me question the level of cleaning in the room. The worst part, however, was the checkout experience. At exactly 10:30 someone started knocking loudly on the door, clearly trying to rush me out. This felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. The official Check-out it’s a 10:30h, but really with such a small hotel, and when check-in is at 15:00h, you want to provide such a poor service to your customers? To think about. The only positive aspect is the central location, but overall the room quality and the service completely ruined the stay. I am attaching photos so future guests can judge for themselves.

De wanden hebben wel een opfrisbeurt nodig. In de hoek naast het bed beetje schimmel en op veel wanden zie je vegen. In het gordijn lijkt ook wat te zitten. Verder een nette kamer en een mooi aangekleed hotel in het centrum. Zeker een aanrader!

Åt inte frukost. Litet men fräscht och fint rum, bra säng. Lite av en labyrint att hitta rummet men det gjorde ingenting. Trevlig personal!

Very convenient at a good location. Everything is organized and in a good condition. I would stay here again.

It was an exemptional experience. We had a special room with a whole outdoor seating (balcony/terrace), the staff was AMAZING! Breakfast nearby was delicious and beautifully plated. I loved everything about this stay. Couldn't choose a better location too, in the heart of Eindhoven centrum. Thank you.

Heel vriendelijk en hartelijk ontvangst. Leuk om te horen wat er het Pinksterweekend te doen was in de buurt van het hotel. Onze kamer lag aan een tussenstraatje gelegen met aan de overkant studentenkamers en parkeergarage. Beide nachten veel herrie van inkomende auto’s met gezellige muziek en uitgaanspubliek. Bedden en douche was prettig. De snack automaat en watertap bij de receptie waren fijn!

Fijn hotel, alles op loopafstand, midden in de stad. Prima. Goed idee om ontbijt bij Dille & Kamille te laten verzorgen tegenover entree.

Rooms where not very clean, staff didnt offer much information unless asked. Jeg forgot something in the room, i contacted them just shortly after I left the room to let them know. It took them 3 days to respond, and by then they had gotten rid of what was left. I left my luggage after I checked out and came back and found it unsupervised and easy ti grab as there was no one in the reseption.

la caratteristica pwggiore e' la mancanza della finestra .camera pulita e letto molto comodo.arredamento moderno un po' minimalista anche se funzionale.

The location of the hotel was excellent even there was a road construction next to it. The receptionists were so helpful and polite. The room was cold for me and they heated after I complained. First of all I was confused and thought the contraction of the room were unfinished. The ceiling, unpainted walls... One of my friend said that it is kind of an Eindhoven, Holland style. Still didn't understand.

Zeer nette kamers, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding en erg vriendelijk personeel. Locatie midden in de stad vonden wij super.
