朝食ブッフェも美味しく、ダム広場まで歩いて行けてとてもお勧めの ホテルです。

綺麗で、サービスも良い宿でした。 階段が多いところは少し不便でした。

建物／インテリアどちらも素晴らしかった。少し空いた時間を庭でのんびりするのも良かった。トラムの駅が周りにいくつかあり、どこへ行くのも便利であった。散歩がてら徒歩で中央駅から行き来もできます。スタッフもフレンドリーで、部屋の鍵の修理も一時間後に出かけたいと言えばそれまでに直してくれた。朝食は無料であるが温かいクロワッサンが絶品でした。

ホテルは古いけどしっかりしている印象。廊下が狭く階段が多いので大きな荷物は少し大変です。全体にシックなデザインで統一されていて好印象。部屋もお風呂とトイレは落ち着いたタイル張りでいい感じ。ただ、3泊で異なる2部屋に泊まりましたがどちらも部屋は狭く、お風呂もシャワーはデザインに凝ってるけど使いにくいタイプ（温度調節はOK）。シャワーブースの仕切りのガラスが狭くシャワーの飛び出しに気を使う。ベッドは普通。寝心地は悪くない。部屋から中庭が見えるので感じはいい。部屋がエアコンだけでは寒かったのでお風呂と窓際にあるヒーターのコックを回すと随分暖かくなって快適でした。朝食付きなので朝の食事の心配がいらないので気が楽です。食事はまあまあのレベルです。全体として「合格」レベルですが、料金を考えると部屋の広さとお風呂には不満が残ります。大都市アムステルダムでは仕方がないのかも知れませんが・・・。

This is a very charming and historic building which I happen to love. The modern decor is a wonderful complement to the old features. The staff was great -. Esp Melanie who did dinner reservations for me, booked taxis, and even made a to go breakfast bag for me when I had to leave very early for the airport. I had a room facing the garden and you can hear church bells — it didn’t bother me but some people may not like. Easy walking to most of the major tourist spots. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great but personally we struggled with no air conditioning.

Staff was very friendly beginning to end. We got great local recommendations. Room was clean, bed comfortable and loved the dark vibe. In a quieter area but walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend!

It was a quaint European hotel in the heart of town. Convenient for walking and seeing the views. However, the air conditioner did not work efficiently in my room. After i spoke with management, i was given a ton of excuses that were not true. Then i was given a small fan. Management never checked with me again, nor offered any other assistance or help.

I love the original of the hotel overall. The very classic look of every walls, doors, ceilings, lightings etc. Love your bed and pillows. This is a big plus. ❤️But the room with the tub is not very practical.

Amazing hotel. The staff greeted us at the door, opening the door like we were visiting someone’s home. Our room was fantastic. Great hotel & service. Would definitely stay here again.

It was my first visit to Amsterdam; I stayed in Canal House for four nights; this is historic building, total 23 rooms. Staffs are very professional and nice, helpful. Great location for walk around the city, also enjoy the canal just front of Canal. I will select this hotel again for next visit.

Veldig fint lite hotell i et hyggelig område med kort avstand til sentrum, mindre handlegater og andre severdigheter. Fantastisk service!

The Canal house hotel was gorgeous the room, location and staff absolutely brilliant. Already planning to go back. Highly recommend

We booked the room at the top floor. It's beautiful and HUGE, with a great view of the canal. Loved it. Very romantic. Included breakfast is wonderful, fresh and yummy. Just one weird thing, the first cup of coffee is free but they charge for a second cup of coffee. At the price of this room why ask guests to pay for a second cup of coffee. Seems a little petty.
