初めてのB&Bでしたが、他のコメントにもありますが、階段の急角度に驚き。 とても我々だけでは荷物は運べませんでしたが、宿の方が行きも帰りも手伝ってくれました。　一番の注意はチェックインが８：００となっていますが実際は１５：００以降でした。　部屋が空いていれば入れそうですけど規定が１５：００ならそう表記すべきです。 周りは住宅地なので静かですが、夜我々だけだと戸締まりしてもちょっと不安です。　 また鍵をもらって、帰宅時に開けようとしても開かず（かなりのコツが必要）、隣のおばちゃんにオーナーを呼んでもらいました。

３泊しました、ロケーションが国立美術館・ゴッホ美術館、ハイネケンエクスペリエンスが近く市内観光に最高で、部屋が予想以上に広く、清潔でお洒落で、周辺環境も静かでよかったです。朝食もフレンドリーなコックさんが直接卵を焼いてくれておいしかったです。唯一階段が急なところがありますが、お勧めです。

1) Long steep stairs to room. No lift 2) Room does not reflect quality displayed in photos shown 3) no insulation to block foot noise or talking 4) front desk non existent, halls pitch dark, can’t see to turn on lights 5) floor with hair, filth, dirt and on also molding 6) bed just a mattress on a old water bed frame 7) towels old and tattered possible bacteria growth 8) cracks in shower floor and around toilet missing grout and material = bacteria? 9) outside street is just an alley way. Cab driver never heard of the place, couldn’t find the place. If we had known of conditions beforehand I would have cancelled and made other reservations elsewhere.1st time Expedia did not reflect ratings given in reviews. This place was not close to even one star. We were in shock for three days! Lodging is not commensurate to the price paid or shown in Expedia photos. Deceiving and mislead customers.

Great location tucked out of the way but easy to get to different attractions and shops. Amazing bakery 5mins walk. Our host, Alex, was great...kept in touch through whats app. Would stay again.

The room was big. However the portable ac unit was broken. It made the room unbearably hot. Had to leave a window open and push the filter outside. No water or any immunities whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great bath tub in the room at the top, a steep climb, but worth it if you are fit. Nice eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Convenient, quiet Amsterdam neighborhood.

Ótima escolha, lugar silencioso, limpo, chuveiro quente com água abundante. Próximo do centro, andamos a pé. Só pode ser um problema para quem viaja com malas pesadas ou tem problemas para subir escadas íngremes.

Very nice accomodation in the heart of the city. The place was really well appointed and clean. Clear communication with the owner facilitated checking in & out.

The room was exactly as photos. Host was responsive and helpful. Bed was super comfy and apartment was walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood but close to attractions. Very spacious room and bathroom, flexible arrangement on luggage storage. Highly recommended!

This was a quaint boarding house in a very quiet neighborhood in Amsterdam. The owner, Melissa welcomed us and was quite nice. Suites were spacious. The only drawback was the especially steep steps we were not prepared for because we had so much luggage. I would suggest this accommodation for light packers and for those in vacation for a few days not a couple weeks.

This property is at a convenient location. Distance to shopping and dining areas are walkable and the environment is beautiful. We absolutely enjoyed a stroll in the morning. Owner was kind and offered to help us move the luggage. The room is spacious and classy. Bathroom is clean and modern. We love it.
