It was pretty good about all of things. But the cleaning staff does not clean some points. And I couldn’t get a new towel sometimes. Other than that it was very good to stay.

アムステルダム中央駅の外にあるトラム＆バス乗り場・Fから21番バスで約10分。公園の中に茶色いレンガ建ての建物が見えたら下車。降りたら緑の跳ね橋を渡ってすぐです。 お部屋は広くて清潔、シャワー・トイレとも水圧は十分。 1階（GF）にカフェ・バーが併設されていますが夜でも静かで、朝は鳥の声がよく聞こえました。 隣接する公園内にもカフェやバーが点在しているので、食べる場所に困りません。 1日15ユーロで自転車も借りれ、ネットも公園内で自由に使えます。 残念なのは点はシャワーカーテンがないところと、部屋の掃除が中途半端なところでしょうか。床と排水溝は毎日掃除されていませんでした。また、お部屋にお菓子、ティーバッグ2個、水のボトルが用意されていましたが、使い切っても追加がありません。 建物内は現金の使用ができず、PIN（クレジットカード）オンリーです。テレビはNHKワールドが映りますが、日本語は通じません。ただ、簡単な英語さえわかれば問題ないと思います。

A equipe de funcionários foi muito cordeal e sempre nos ajudava quando possível. O welcome drink e a possibilidade de pegar outros drinks no bar foi um diferencial. O checkin foi rápido e sem muitas burocracias. Bom café da manhã. A parte das frutas poderia ser melhor trabalhada. Ficamos por 7 dias no hotel e a cada dia parecia que a quantidade e a variedade de frutas ia diminuindo, no nosso último dia praticamente não tinha mais frutas na hora que descemos pro café. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, juntamente com o banheiro. A distância do hotel ao centro de AMS não é das melhores. Era necessário caminhar bastante mesmo que você fosse usar o onibus para se deslocar. Ele fica dentro de um parque então é ideal para pessoas que acordam e já querem fazer uma corrida e caminhada.

Loved this area and the hotel was great. Close to public transit, quieter and residential. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again!

The hotel was incredibly nice, and the room was large with a nice view of the park. The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and took the time to chat. I also got a welcome drink. I would highly recommend the hotel to others.

Un hotel muy bonito. Personal excesivamente amable. OJO: es un hotel al estilo eco friendly, el restaurante tiene pocas opciones de comida, y la habitación, a pesar de haber sido una internedia, nos pareció algo pequeña… está a 40 minutos del centro a pie, lo cual es una desventaja si tu propósito es turismo, sin embargo alrededor del hotel es un parque muy bonito para caminar y relajarte…

We stayed here for 9 nights this month. One of the main deciding factors for this property was having breakfast included - it was very inexpensive to add when booking with Expedia. If you don’t include it with your booking it’s 19 euros per person daily which is absurd. No meat is served but there are eggs (fried, scrambled, boiled) and plenty of cheese options. We liked the spread, everything was fresh and tasted good. Breads, croissants, vegetables, etc. The place itself looks new and seems to be in great condition. Not a huge fan of how many doors there are between the elevators and rooms. Can be difficult if you have mobility issues. The staff were very helpful and kind. Our first couple of nights, Sunday and Monday, there was so much noise outside I could hardly sleep. Because it’s located in a park, the good weather brought out a ton of people who were chilling and partying in the park until 1-2am. I read about noise complaints in other reviews having to do with the club across the street but this wasn’t from that. The next day I mentioned it and they offered earplugs and a fan for white noise (I requested the fan) and also gave us brownies. Beds comfy and made daily, fresh towels. Floors swept daily. My only cleanliness complaint is dusty shelves in the bathroom. Overall we loved our trip and were glad we stayed here outside of the city centre because the rush and touristy aspect of that area is not our vibe. It was very easy to walk down to Centraal station.

Beautifully set in Westerpark, this clean and quiet hotel is a convenient base from which to explore Amsterdam. Many restaurants nearby. Bus/ tram stops around the park make it easy to travel the city; however the area is also quite walkable to the city center. A relaxing place to enjoy long summer evenings outdoors after a busy day.

Great, quiet location. Loved the bike rentals right at the hotel. Spacious & comfortable room with AC. Close to public transport as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have snack & beverage options in the lobby.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage im Westerpark ist ideal. Das Gebäude selbst ist spannend und wunderschön gestaltet, in den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
