改装済みのホテルです。部屋はきれいで申し分ありません。室内のデスクも楕円型の独立式で使い勝手が良い。冷蔵庫付きでエアコンがあまり効かないオランダのホテルとしては良く効きます。バスタブは在りませんでしたが、あまり気にせずに過ごせました。

中心部から少し離れているが、メトロ、鉄道の駅があり、移動に便利。アムステルダム中央駅まではメトロで乗り換えなしで20分ほど。スキポール空港も鉄道で2駅であり、ここで乗り換えればハーグも1時間で行くことができる。 ホテルの部屋も綺麗で、朝食もまずまずだった。中心部のホテルもいろいろ調べたが、やはり宿泊代が高額であり、コストパフォーマンスでこのホテルはなかなか良いと思う。

部屋の清潔さや設備は良かったです。 到着が遅れ深夜にチェックインしました。「24時間レセプション」とありましたが、受付に誰もいませんでした。周りに従業員もおらず、数人の宿泊客がレセプション街でした。やっと現れましたが対応がぎこちなくとっても待たされました。従業員教育が不足していると思われます。マリオットホテル…はそこにはありませんでした。

すごくキレイなホテルでした。スタッフも親切で部屋に居ても静かなので良く寝れました。観光地というよりビジネスエリアなので、周囲には食べ物屋が無い感じです。駐車場は隣接の公共パーキングで、一泊20EURしました。WIFIは快適。シャワーも勢い良く。ドライヤーと冷蔵庫もありました。

My apologies I never had time to write review until now due to life going fast as we say- but as planning spring holiday, I remembered about this trip that myself and my friend came to just before christmas holidays and had to best time and best stay in this beautiful hotel! One of the best hotels Ive ever come across was with the best staff and surroundings nearby too! Shops, restaurants, train station all less than 5min walk across road and the hotel was kind to give us room upgrade upon arrival making our stay even more gracious. We definitely will be back to courtyard and hopefully can recieve such great service again as we hopefully plan to stay each time we visit Amsterdam, thank you again for your kindness and hospitality welcoming us 10/10 service for sure!☺️☺️☺️

Front desk staff very efficient. Location was great near Craft Arena and a Metro sop

We booked a higher-category double room, but upon arrival the room did not match the photos. The layout was noticeably different — the wall with the window was only half-width, making the space feel smaller, darker, and somewhat cramped. Since we arrived around midnight, I immediately asked the receptionist if we could switch to a room that actually matched the advertised photos. I was told that no such room was available. However, the next morning around 8 a.m., the situation changed. After an initial dismissive response to my wife’s complaint, I approached the reception myself. At that moment, the staff did not realize we were together and I overheard them discussing our case, referring to us as “the guests who want the normal room,” which strongly suggested they were aware that our assigned room was inferior. Shortly after, they showed us another room — one that fully matched the photos and our expectations — and moved us there. From that point on, our stay was satisfactory. Overall, the experience was negatively affected by the initial handling and lack of transparency, despite the eventual resolution.

Brilliant staff at the reception desk as well.as at breakfast service. Vast, frrsh ans tasty Breakfast spread . Spacious room with specious bathroom (i had double.room).close to a train station. 20mins to centre by train

Had room 115 on the first floor. Woken by a delivery lorry at 5:30am and then from 6:30am had the joy of listening to someone thumping up and down on a running machine. A room to avoid. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, with a good front of house team and all things good as you might expect from a Marriott.

A very nice hotel, lovely rooms but is let down slightly by not offering complimentary breakfast which similar local hotels do.
