Since I first stayed here 4 years ago, I never stayed anywhere else whenever I visit The Hague. This hotel just feels like home, unlike any other place that I ever stayed. The staff team is small but very personable. I always know all by name and even when I stay just a week I feel that I have made new friends or I visited my old friends that I know from former stays. They are of course super helpful, needless to say. So the location is 100% unbeatable. And the secret: this hotel is in the middle of the busy city center, but it's situated 3 floor levels above street level. So even in the lobby it's calm and quiet, very peaceful. Another thing I love is the full equiped kitchen with a regular sized fridge, microwave, 2-burner induction cooking range, a dishwasher and every utensil you need to prepare your own meals. Also, there is a good sized supermarket right across the street, very convenient. So yes, I love this place. By far the best place I have ever stayed and I hope to stay there many more times!

Very comfortable and clean, perfect for a short business stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation is located in the city centre so it is easy to get to anywhere and there are lots of shops and eateries within a short walking distance. Would happily stay again!

We had difficulty regulating the temperature of the faucet in the sink and also the showerhead. Either too hot or too cold with a very rapid switch over. We concluded the mixer does not work very well, which is due to a necessary replacement or a cheap, ineffective installation to begin with

Very conveniently placed in the center of the city. Anything is easily accessible in the city anyway due to the public transportation system but it is nice to see that you can also walk in most locations. The hotel staff is friendly and they answered all questions. Would stay there again.
