ドリーム ホテル アムステルダム

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Can not fault the room it was lovely and absolutely immaculate. The staff could not have been more helpful, excellent customer service, they even decorated the room and left a card for my partners birthday. Relaly impressed and will definetely being staying again. Check in was not until 3pm but if you have an early arrival flight then you can drop your bags off until check in and the same when leaving.

The hotel is super easy- they offered us a very early check in far before our original time. Affordable and comfortable.

Small rooms but efficient and nice well appointed space

It's in a nice and convenient section of the town. One can get around everywhere by foot. Tiny rooms, no elevator but the front desk will carry luggage up for you through those tiny narrow steps stair. But that is quaint European buildings (not las vegas type hotels anyway).

Good location and quiet

Paid for one night . Bath found cracked and sharp , towel rail found hanging off the wall. The room found NOT sound proof, with police going by all night . Multiple times in the night somone was attempting to gain access to our room. We planned to stay there for a week... The next morning i said about the issues , with a response that they are fully booked but they could swap someone into this room . My reply was absolutely not , the room should be taken out of service. We left and found another hotel . They then decided to take two more nights payment from my card without my consent as i selected (pay at hotel). When i contacted them , my reply was ,you can have half back as we couldn't rent the room out. Absolute disappointment not only from the hotel but from Expedia, would not recommended.

Hotel très bien situé, personnel disponible et agréable, chambre conforme à la description. Seul bémol : manque d'insonorisation.

Great place to stay!

Det mindste værelse vi har oplevet, billeder er godt nok utilregnelige - kunne dårligt åbne vores kuffert. Intet vindue der kunne åbnes - man kunne dårligt få luft og så lugtede der ! OG så står der ved bestilling at morgenmad kunne tilkøbes - det kunne man IKKE !

It’s a good little hotel convenient located in the city centre but without many amenities

Great location. Clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed and pillow. I would stay here again.

Great big room with an extraordinarily huge bathroom. Very comfortable with all needed amenities. Maybe some bottled water would make for a nice welcoming gift?! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in easy walking distance to the museums and other sights and the tram stop is nearby.

The room 15 is big enough, comfortable and it can be very relaxing. It’s only issue is if you’re light head for sleeping. It can be noisy at night time, because its window face the street. But, you have earplugs for a better sleep. I would suggest for improving, add a real table in the middle of the room, add some real glasses for a drink. I rather be on this room, than any other 4 stars hotel room. I think it was very enjoyable.

It's clean and in a great location. Many restaurants and things to do in close walking distance. However, the amenities provided by the hotel are bare bones, at best. This isn't a major issue, however the price to stay here is outrageous for what you get. There's no elevator... I had to carry my heavy bags all the way up to my room. Also, one day when i was working in my room yhe room service people knocked on my door and wanted to install new curtains. The do not disturb sign was clearly lit outside of my room. Overall, nice place but it's about twice as expensive as it should be. The cost is unbelievable for what you get. I wouldn't come back only because of the cost and what little you get for the that.

Great location, near places see enjoy.

Besonders angenehm war das sehr freundliche Personal. Das Bad war top (große Dusche mit Regendusche und Schlauch) offenbar ganz neu. Das Zimmer hätte etwas heller sein können (nur ein großes und ein kleines, hoch gelegenes Fenster).

This hotel was really nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I liked my view of the garden behind. All worked right and net out it was a good stay. I add the staff when I checked in were super friendly. Location is also good. Along the tram, near the flower market and Remrbandtsplein.

Toeristenbelasting voor een personen belast terwijl ik alleen was en kamer mag schonere gezien haren van vorige bezoeker aanwezig waren. Locatie van hotel is goed en eerdere overnachting zeer goed bevallen.

The street was under construction so I had to move hotels as the street and sidewalks were totally closed. They were nice enough to give me a refund. Professional. Great area.
