ハート オブ アムステルダム - ホステル

The reception guy who looks asian is very rude. He glared at me despite I did not do bad things. He hit a desk by his hand when I asked him about that hostel. I was really disappointed. I don’t want you that you feel same emotion as me. Because travel is great time!! But the other reception is nice! However I’ll never used that hostel.

Not so much bad hostel. I could check in and out very easily, and I could leave my luggages after checking out, which was so helpful for me. Location is also very easy, just few minutes walk from the Central Station, but, it's on the central area, it was so much noisy outside even 1 or 2 pm. And there's no shampoo in the bathroom, though there is a hand soap, which could be used as body wash, which I didn't understand why at all.

シャワー兼トイレが部屋についているが、窓のない建物のため湿気がすごい。駅から風俗街を通過した横にあるため、目に毒って感じがする。タオルがあったのはよかった。

アムステルダム中央駅から徒歩１５分ほどですが、石畳なのと道が細いためにスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。そして周りは飾り窓だらけ。治安はあまりよくないと感じました。ホテル自体は、従業員の態度はよかったのですが階段で荷物を持って運ぶのが大変でした。部屋は広くて手元にコンセントとライトがあるので快適だと思います。近くにスーパーREWEもあったので便利といえば便利でした。

飾り窓地区のど真ん中にあるのですぐ隣や向かいが風俗店です。笑　殆ど観光地なので治安はそんなに悪くないと思いますが、風俗外のど真ん中なので一応注意です。でもそれ以外はダム広場も近いですし立地条件は最高なので、観光したい方にはオススメです。お風呂場は部屋にありました。部屋の隅のドアを開けると洗面所があり、その横に小さなバスルーム(シャワー室とトイレ)がありました。シャワーは出がイマイチでした。部屋はカーテンを全て開けてもすこし暗かったです。各ベッドに小さな物置場(電源1つ有り)と明かりはありました。ロッカーは電子キーでした(要デポジット)。エレベーターはありませんが階段はそんなに急ではなかったです。Wifiは深夜だとあまり安定しなかったですがノートPCがフリーで使い放題でした。

Well located and easy to access. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately the breakfast was disappointing.

Perfect vibrant location great hostel to stay in, I highly recommend it, Basic breakfast available. Hot water tea coffee available for $2 euro in reception as no kettles etc in the rooms. Iron available from reception to use when needed. Absolutely great value for money. Although many steep stairs to climb no lift available. And no air condition in rooms but radiator works wonders but mine did make a dreadful noise after having it on for a while so would have to keep turning it off. Overall I Would stay here again

everything great and perfeect exept the comfort of the beds and pillows, that was poor.

Really good option to see the various parts of the city.

Located in the red light district, this hostel was a perfect walking distance from all the main attractions in Amsterdam. Staff gave us an early check-in which was veryy much appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience.

Pros: 24hr helpful receptionist, super central location, my room was not disturbed by outside noise (other rooms may be) bed was clean and average for mattress comfort. Stayed in 12 bed dorm with 2 showers and toilets which was fine. Breakfast €10 is buffet continental with decent coffee. I paid nearly €5 for a black coffee at the end of the street so this was worth it for me :) Cons: it’s the Red Light District so pls be vigilant of dodgy characters outside especially at night. The man child sleeping on the bed above me was making phone calls in the middle of the night and woke me up several times (not the hotels fault - they have good house rules posters around so pls respect the rules)
