総合評価で優良にしたいが、チェックアウト後半日経ってまだチェックアウトしていないと電話があり、嫌な気持ちがした。

What a peaceful and relaxing delight. The dining was exquisite. Well worth the trip and very easy to get to using only public transportation from Amsterdam. After taking a train, get a bus at Amsfoort. Eight stops later, it stops in front of the hotel Couldn't be easier.

My wife and i really enjoyed our stay and our dinner at the Echoput restaurant. We opted for a 5 course set menu with wine pairings for each course. Food and wine were both amazing and highly recomend a stay at this property. Very close to the Paleis Het Loo which we also enjoyed visiting.

Mooi hotel, grote kamer, overal dimlichten, grote badkamer vriendelijk personeel. Het restaurant is uitstekend - de omgeving heeft voor iedereen wel iets, natuur, cultuur en recreatie en elke vorm

Heel fijn hotel! De ligging is perfect en het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk! Eten was overheerlijk en ze hebben ook veel alcohol vrije opties voor de liefhebber.

Fijn dat de kamer zo ruim was en netjes. Groot bed alleen jammer dat het 2 aparte bedden zijn die aan elkaar geschoven worden en 2 aparte dekens zijn. Stond bij het reserveren dat het 1 kingsize bed zou zijn. Voor de rest was het een top ervaring en zouden we graag weer terug komen naar de locatie.

Mooi hotel, prima locatie. Heeft fietsverhuur. Service is goed met netjes en vriendelijk personeel. Lekker en rijk ontbijt, leuke oplossing voor de Corona. Ze mogen alleen wel de kopjes en lepels beter schoonmaken, tot 2x toe suiker van een vorige klant.., en kast in de kamer was stoffig. Desalnietemin zeer aan te raden, prima locatie om de Veluwe rond Apeldoorn te ontdekken.

Goed hotel met heerlijk restaurant erbij! Super wandelroutes starten vanuit het hotel... er mag wat meer ervaring bij het personeel komen en een menukaart zowel bij de Bar als het restaurant zou niet misstaan.

Comfy hotel with central location in the Veluwe region. Very nice breakfast (in Coranaproof version). The in-house restaurant is was a positive surprise. The rooms are spacious but a little loud in the morning due to heavy traffic on the main road.

Alles was prima geregeld. Jammer dat we niet buiten konden ontbijten, hoewel er voldoende plaats was. Coronaregels bij ontbijt: prima!

Sauna-Bereich ist nicht nennenswert; wir konnten nur zwischen einem 4, 5 oder 6-Gänge-Menü wählen; Preise waren nicht ersichtlich; lange Wartezeiten; für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel fehlte es an Details; die Zimmerreinigung war unzureichend; keine Aufmerksamkeiten wie z.B. Wasser auf dem Zimmer, was zu Knabbern zum Bier in der Bar; es fehlt ein Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee; Zimmer mit Granit ausgelegt, aber nicht sehr gut gepflegt; sehr schönes Haus, unglaublich gemütlicher, aber der Fokus liegt wohl auf anderen Aspekten

We have been here 4 to 5 times now. Actually from the very start, 12 years ago, since now. Over time there was a big downfall in service and hospitality. Also in amenities, however that is fine, it is happening everywhere else. But service and hospitality makes the difference between 4 to 5 stars. I don't want to complain about all the issues that happened, but the most impressive - and also hilarious one - is that they did not want to provide a corkscrew. 'There was not such item in the hotel'. You should have in mind that there is a big bar in the hotel as well as a restaurant. Please be straight to your customers: if you don't want to have people drinking wine at their private terrace make that clear in your statements. Handing a letter saying that you want to do your utterly best as management to comfort your guest doesn't resonate with this cheap trick. Normally I would not put effort in a review, however, together with the very bad experience in the room I now will put a review online, hopefully to create better experiences for further guests. It is not a cheap dump there. The first photo shows you a dirty toilet. Some dirt on the wall, next to the toiletpaper. The other photo shows you a whole in the wall. the last photo is taken in the shower. Water doesn't find a way other then moving into the bathroom. This happend also the last time.....

Hotel is very nice and personnel is friendly. The problem I had is with the severe lack of proper lighting. Use of LED fixtures is admirable but does not work for every location. Bathroom lighting is deficient. Some stairway lighting is also insufficient for safe decent. Bathroom door (at least in my room) does not open sufficiently.

Die Architektur des Hotels ist einmalig, die Betten wunderbar und das Personal freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ein Traum. Das Zimmer auf die Strasse ist leider laut (viel Verkehr); ruhig schlafen ist nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern möglich.

Mooie ligging.. en vond het netjes en verzorgd eruit zíen en het was luxe.
