Goede service, fijne kamers, mooie omgeving. Alles meer dan goed qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Window did not close, shower had no pressure, TV was installed on wall at right angle to bed, bedside lamp required getting out of bed to switch on and off. Hotel seems to be under renovation with lots of materials and equipment lying about.

Arrived at hotel only to be told there was no reservation for our 2 rooms that were booked well in advance and no spare rooms. Some issue between hotel and Expedia here, worth checking with hotel directly to ensure your rooms are booked!

Alles is om 21.00 dicht dus niks meer te verkrijgen in het gehele hotel. Er is ook niks in de buurt waar je even wat kan halen. Wij hadden iets gehaald uit de automaat die op de gang stond, maar alles was zwaar over de datum.(6mnd) hier melding van gedaan. Apparaat werd direct gesloten en kreeg wel m’n geld terug. Onderhoud kamer was erg slecht. We hadden de raam geopend omdat het erg benauwd was maar sluiten konden we hem niet meer douchen konden we niet want de straal en de kracht van de douche was echt minimaal. We hadden een tikkende rioolbuis door de kamer lopen, dus we hoorden de hele tijd een druppel tikken. Bed was erg verouderd waardoor we in een kuil sliepen. Kamers waren erg gehorig want we horen echt letterlijk iedereen zelfs ‘s morgens het personeel wat onder aan het raam een sigaret aan het roken was.. helaas hadden wij een vroege vertrek en we konden geen gebruik maken van het ontbijt, want dat was pas vanaf negen uur. Ook nog navraag na gedaan, maar d’r werd ook geen optie aangeboden, dus zonder ontbijt weer de auto in om vervolgens om 8:00 uur bij de Albert Heijn een ontbijtje te scoren. Nee, helaas vele hotels bezocht, maar dit was wel voor mij de slechtste ervaring ooit.

Hotel is heel erg gehorig. Alles wat er in de gang gebeurd en elke gast die gebruik maakt van de gang is luid en duidelijk te horen. De deuren slaan met een harde klap dicht en piepen bij de scharnieren. Rustig slapen is onmogelijk.

Very relaxing and charming hotel in beautiful surroundings. Lovely nature inside the heart of Den Haag. I could easily spend a few days out here, relaxing and chilling, maybe play a set of tennis and walk around the beautiful forest

The most disappointing hotel experience we’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we walked through a courtyard populated by cats, which appeared to be fed by the hotel staff with cold cuts. The reception area itself was unkempt, with dust stained carpets, a heavy, artificial perfume scent maskin stale odour of cigarettes, and a generally run-down appearance. We were given room 106, which looked nothing like the photos we had seen when booking months in advance. The room was dark, with mismatched and insufficient lighting. The carpet was dirty, the headboard had fallen behind the bed, the walls were scuffed and poorly painted, and there was clearly no attention to detail. The mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower had almost no water pressure, and the view from the window was of a pile of discarded kitchen debris. Worst of all, the bedding — including pillows, duvet covers, and sheets — felt damp and cold. The room had no functioning heating system. We had to thoroughly air out the room just to make the bed somewhat usable. Every morning, we were abruptly woken by extremely loud construction noise coming from directly beneath our room — including a jackhammer. We booked this hotel six months in advance and were assigned a room directly above a construction site without any notice or opportunity to make alternate arrangements. Every complaint — from a broken safe to the unbearable noise and poor hygiene. Where met with indefference from the staff.

Liegt sehr ruhig, nur leider kurz nach acht Uhr schon Renovierungslärm. Leider Frühstück am Wochenende erst ab 9 Uhr

If you aren't bothered by second-hand smoke, and are fine with two single beds pushed together, for then there is a lot to like about this property. Located in a park, with close access to a bus and on to tram or rail, this hotel was generally quiet and clean. The washroom was clean and serviceable - shower water pressure was not high, but got the job done and the water was hot. Unfortunately, the deluxe double room is listed as suitable for 3, and the Expedia listing claims "1 queen-size bed". This is not true, at least for room 17 - instead, you get two singles pushed together with a comforter on top! The hotel is listed as smoke-free (at least inside), which is accurate. Unfortunately, it is clear the hotel was not always smoke free. As someone sensitive to second-hand smoke, the experience was quite unpleasant. I think it was in the box spring, or the carpeted headboard, as with the windows open all day the room generally was fine, but sleeping was not. While there doesn't appear to be AC, the windows do open, and there is a sun shade over them, so we didn't have a problem with temp overnight. It's a shame the advertised bed was not true, and that the hotel had old smoke in the fixtures - otherwise, would have been a lovely place. And if you don't mind these two drawbacks, it could be a good choice for you. (There was also unexpected construction that started loudly at 8.30 one of the days)

Nice and big room, the day after check out it was a shooting at the hotel which was not so nice

Inchecken verliep wat moeilijk door schietpartij eerder die dag. Daarna prima geholpen door staff van hotel Kamer heeft niet standaard koelkast Wel inclusief bad Mooie omgeving

Accomodatie goed. Brasserie heel slecht. Personeel niet opgeleid. Bediening Brasserie heeeeeeel slecht.

We stayed in room 19 very quiet at the back of the hotel. Excellent staff very helpful 👍😀

Für eine Nacht hätten uns die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und der sehr günstige Preis vollkommen ausgereicht, aber ... Erstens wurde das Hotel gerade renoviert und war sehr laut. Zweitens ist das Hotel so gebaut, dass man jedes Geräusch und die Gespräche der Nachbarn leicht hören konnte. Drittens schockierte uns am meisten, dass die Schlafzimmer und das Duschbad keine Türen haben. Und wir sind es nicht gewohnt, andere Leute vor uns kacken zu sehen. Wir brauchen unbedingt etwas Privatsphäre.

The location was nice and the price was fair. Comfortable bed. Nobody informed us that there would be maintenance works in the morning, which was very annoying. Also, the cleaning could be improved.

Boede på hotellet 3 dage. Ligger tæt på bus, så man kan fint besøge både Delft, Haag og Leiden via bus og lade bilen stå. Så et praktisk og fornuftigt valg, da hotellet ligger roligt i lille skov ved siden af lille Tennisklub. Hotellet var igang med renovering, så det bliver endnu bedre i fremtiden.
