The room was a bit smaller then expected and the bathroom ceiling had mold

Accueil pas aimable du tout ( sourire, politesse faut oublier), hotel propre, petit déjeuner OK, un peu loin du centre mais c'est possible.

The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. The location is amazing and within walking distance to several tram stations. This hotel is very dated and looks like it once an upon a time was a very nice hotel. However, the drains smelled when we arrived. I am not sure if this is typical of Amsterdam but this caused the room to smell. The floors aren't cleaned and very apparent that they do not clean under the bed because we found old socks under the bed. There were no bed bugs, the linen was fine but overall, the rest of the room wasn't the best well kept. There was dust in different corners. I don't think I will come back.

Perfect location of the hotel, walking distance to shops and resturants and to the central part. tram just outside the hotel friendly and helpful staff. clean rooms. Only thing is that the bathrooms are very tiny and need to be updated feels very old. but its ok for a short visit.

Chambre très sombre. On donnait sur un canal mais il y a des stickers sur les vitres qui nous empêchait de voir l'extérieur. Je ne comprends pas le principe. Nous avions un extérieur mais pas de quoi s'asseoir. Au moins 2 chaises et une petite table. ça aurait suffit. Le petit déjeuner était très médiocre. Pas beaucoup de choix en terme de jus, de yaourts, viennoiseries. Et pas vraiment bon.

The room was insanely tiny. I am used to small rooms while in Europe, but this was nothing like the foto! There was absolutely no space for two normal suitcases in the room, so unpacking and packing required putting our suitcases on the bed. A desk was against the wall at the foot of the bed, and fortunately we are trim-sized humans or you wouldn't fit between that desk and the end of the bed. The room was not well cleaned (lots of dust and dirt on the floor that accumulated on my feet after a shower). The bed was super soft, which, for us, was not comfortable. Also, the large doors in the room (only windows) did not close entirely at the top, so the room was noisy at night. THe curtains did not fully close, so no actual blackout was possible. This room should never have had a double bed in it, it is a single sized room. We constantly ran into each other trying to move around. It's a great location, a part of town I have stayed in multiple times at an adorable BnB which didn't have openings this time. I do not recc staying here.

Room was just ok, bed mattresses not very comfy and in our room was noisy because of windows that was next to street( literally you could hear what people speak on street). What I liked was the breakfast, the same menu everyday but was good.

Chambre petite mais jolie avec un bon lit et une bonne salle de bain. seul bemol (assez important) pas un seul meuble dans la chambre. impossible donc accrocher mes chemises et mes vetements. dans la salle de bain il y avait une dizaine de crochets, totalement inutiles si on veut mettre un costume. Petit dejeuner correct

Alla var hjälpsamma och hotellrummet var rent. Frukosten var ok men själva frukostmatsalen trång. Vi saknade läslampor vid våra sängar. Läget var perfekt! Bara att gå in i citykärnan och med flera restauranger nära.

The receptionist, Aro, was amazing - friendly, cordial and helpful. Unfortunately the room didn’t live up to expectations especially the toilet. The shower was leaking, water was flowing everywhere and the room wasn’t up to mark from a hygiene perspective. I told the staff and sent my complaint to their WhatsApp number, but no response. I wanted to be moved to another room (despite it being inconvenient) or receive monetary compensation.

Rummet städades varje dag och personalen var väldigt trevlig, men badrummet blev väldigt fuktigt vid dusch och suspekt mögel längs med listerna. Rummet var även väldigt litet men passligt om man inte vistades i rummet mycket mer än att sova i det. Frukosten var liten men hade grunderna och hade även ett litet utbud med glutenfri mat.

Also die Lage war wirklich top, das Frühstück sehr Basic, aber ausreichend. Insgesamt war das Zimmer ziemlich klein und runtergekommen, für den Preis, nicht angemessen.

The good first. The staff was lovely. The bad - for being the most expensive hotel of our trip around the Netherlands, it left the most to be desired. The hall and room were filled with small flying bugs. I had to try brushing them off the door before opening them to try to minimize the number getting in the room. The lighting was terrible in the room and in the breakfast area and there weren’t enough outlets. The beds were in poor condition and one was so bad that when my husband sat on it he almost fell on the floor because it folded in half. The room was tiny and we had almost no room for our bags for a triple room. The worst was the lack of soundproofing. It’s not the hotels fault that a family had their children running wild in the hallway but we could hear it all. It was a very unpleasant stay.

Rent rum. Trevlig personal. Låg bra till.
