Nice hotel, perfectly located castle and downtown Zeist. Spacious and clean room, and friendly staff.
The online-focused service takes a bit getting used to, but that may be the pre-millenial experience speaking. Once adjusted, easy to work with. Would recommend and return to.

This hotel has its location for it, the area is beautiful and convenient to get to. The hotel itself, for all its speak of grandeur, is quite average sadly. The general areas as well as the rooms are not very clean, it’s all a bit dated, but those are all things I’m willing to overlook for the location. What I however don’t appreciate is the constant nickel and diming of the customer. There’s no fridge in the room, there’s a spot for it but it’s been taken out. You can rent one for 10€ a night….at reception. That’s not useful at all. Want to order room service? That’s a 12€ delivery cost. Also the staff has a lot of attitude, and wants be to use their iPad to check in. All of it on its own isn’t a big deal, but I’d expect this at a low budget hotel near the highway for 30€ a night. This hotel is much much more than that, I except service to live up to that price.

Fint hotell. God frokost. Sentralt. Men jeg fikk litt lang innsjekkingstid. Men det var kanskje ikke hotellets feil? De kunne gjerne hatt en til som gjorde innsjekk da de foran meg brukte 15 min.

Is a good hotel for work or also for spending a couple of nihgts in the area
Rooms are big enought, Has all kind of services, very basic but enought, The hotel is quiet and good to rest.
The area is quite good, not fas away you find shops, restaurants and nice places to walk

Lovely hotel in quieter part of town but still close to amenities. Great view over road to Town Hall and only short, tree-lined walk to Slot. Staff really friendly and helpful, food in restaurant and for breakfast is good quality and great range of drinks available in the bar. Our only slight criticsm was the noise level in the room at night - we were on the top floor and there is a constant humming of equipment (don't think it was the heating) and the guttering on the roof was quite noisy when it rained. This obviously isn't the fault of the hotel and might not be possible to rectify, although the receptionist did say they would check the drainage on the roof when we mentioned it.

Værelse er ikke parat, men pludseligt hvis jeg vil betale 25 euro ekstra var den parat. Siger så det er ikke muligt at checke ind før tid, det andet er helt gak.
