本当に素晴らしいホテルです。 ありがとうございました。

初めてのオランダ旅行で利用しました。大人3人でスイートルームに2泊しました。ホテルの施設も部屋もまさにクラシックとモダンの融合といった感じで素敵でした。スタッフのサービスも立地も最高でした。ホテルのレストランをディナーで利用したかったのですが、滞在中予約に空きが無く利用できず残念でした。次回是非利用したいです。チェックイン時にはバーでウェルカムドリンクをサービスしてくれました。バーもとても素敵な空間でした。

まさにアムステルダムの中心で立地が最高！ 部屋の位置によるとは思いますが、宮殿、ダム広場と見渡せる景観。 バトラーの親切さと丁寧さ。 ルームクリーニングの丁寧さ。 文句の付け所がありません。 ホテルのレストランとバーの雰囲気も最高です。 ルームサーバの料理も30分ほどで出てきて味も文句なし。 ホテル周辺にはスーパーからお土産屋、食事処、と全てが揃ってます。 またホテルを出てすぐに地下鉄の駅もあるのでセンラムへもすぐですし、散策がてら歩いても15分くらいです。 値段はが高いかもしれませんが、次回アムステルダムに行くときも是非泊まりたいホテルです。 あえて気になるところを加えるとしたら、そエレベーターの昇降スピードがゆっくりすぎるかなぁというところくらいです。

Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing. It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy. Other than that, no notes!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TwentySeven is truly exceptional! The historic building is stunning, the suites are luxurious and the atmosphere feels unique and elegant. Most of all, the amazing staff made me feel completely welcome and cared for throughout my stay. A perfect experience in the heart of Amsterdam I highly recommend it!

Our stay was amazing. Location, Staff and accommodations were perfect. Of all the hotels in my many years of traveling both on business and personal travel- this was the best hotel and room give ever stayed in. I can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely amazing stay from beginning to end

We just left our stay at Hotel Twenty Seven a few days ago and I don’t think it’s possible to say enough good things, especially about the service at this hotel. We walked in a bit weary from our flight and from the front desk to help with luggage, everyone made our arrival go smoothly. We felt we had arrived at the home of friends instead of a hotel! We were also given exceptional service in setting up dinner reservations, a top-shelf canal tour, and where to get the best apple pie. If you’re so inclined, do dine at Bougainville. Well worth it! When our room was ready we were escorted by a lovely butler (wow!) to the castle dream suite, which is perfectly named. Spacious, well-appointed with a comfortable living room, two full bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a private, huge jacuzzi tub on the second level. Sure we saw photos before booking, but it didn’t do the size and scope justice. This room was really something special. We have stayed at hotels that claim to be 5-star before, but they’re frequently stuffy and off putting. Hotel Twenty Seven got service SO right, I would come back to Amsterdam just for the opportunity to be around the entire friendly group working here. Our only criticism is that we relaxed and slept so well we had to force ourselves to go sightseeing! Thank you for making our first visit to Amsterdam so memorable.

Ik had onlangs het genoegen om te verblijven in Hotel TwentySeven in Amsterdam en kan met volle overtuiging zeggen dat het een van de beste hotelervaringen is die ik ooit heb gehad. De service was ongeëvenaard; het personeel was attent en professioneel, en zorgde ervoor dat elke wens vervuld werd. Bij aankomst werd ik hartelijk verwelkomd met een verfrissend drankje en persoonlijke aandacht. De kamers zijn prachtig ingericht met luxe details zoals zijdezachte lakens, een marmeren badkamer met een regenboogdouche en een vrijstaand bad. De badkamer bood een oase van rust, met een stoomdouche en verkwikkende massages op de kamer. Het restaurant serveerde culinaire hoogstandjes en de bar was zeer stijlvol en uitnodigend. Hotel TwentySeven biedt een perfecte combinatie van uitmuntende service en luxe voorzieningen. Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader voor een onvergetelijk verblijf in Amsterdam. Mijn complimenten aan het team voor hun uitzonderlijke gastvrijheid!

Cool place way overpriced If you like to blow cash this is the spot Rooms are great and good view but would not recommend

We stayed in Hotel TwentySeven for one night early July in conncetion with the Taylor Swift concert in Amsterdam. I believe we stayed in room 504, a Grand Master Suite. The room was amazing, with so many details (everything from the coffee and tea available, to the toiletries, and the very full mini bar and even a separate wine fridge!). We booket a private transfer from Schiphol, and used them for restaurant bookings - all superb! BUT, the icing on the cake is when we returned from the TS concert, they had put balloons in the room, the full setlist from the concert was playing on the speakers, they had made alcohol free TS-favorite drinks for our two minors, and set the lights to "after party" mode along with an extremely nice handwritten note to "welcome us to the TS afterparty" at our room. We were stunned <3 This is my - by far - favorite city hotel in Europe (and we love our high end hotels), and one that I will continue to return to again and again. Thank you for having us - we will be back <3

This property had amazing modern rooms that were very spacious and the staff gave us great attention and even decorated our rooms after a concert we went to as an added surprise. I highly recommend this hotel. It is right in Dam square which is a great location.
