There are some precautionary measures. I wish we had known before we booked this hotel. When we arrived from international travel, the phone was not working. The front door is locked with the telephone number on it and there is no one to greet you. We sat outside for upwards of three hours, knocking before we were lucky enough to find an employee to let us in. Secondly, it is 45 steps from the street level up to the room. These are winding narrow, dangerous steps, and there is no elevator so you must carry your luggage. They said this is described in the fine print. Unless you’re in your 20s or 30s, this is not a viable place to stay.

Traveling with a group, this property was in the perfect location, and it was very clean and cozy. The only bad thing was the lightening in the bathroom needed to be replaced. It blinked like a strobe light so was hard to get ready for the day in there. No check-in desk, but keep up to date on messages from the hotel in your e-mail! We were lucky to stumble upon an employee while arriving to help us out with luggage while our room was being cleaned. Very friendly staff!

Horrible sewage smell in the unit on the first floor. Noisy because the unit faces the Main Street. We had to sleep with the windows open because of the strong sewage smell but there was always a smell of marijuana coming from the street near the unit. The unit itself is old and run down with a very soft and lumpy bed. Blinds have a broken slat. Bathrooms newly renovated and would have been great if not for the repulsive sewage smell that came up from the drains.

Beautiful property in such a perfect location. Excellent communication, making checking in and out super easy. Room was clean, tidy, stylish and had all the amenities necessary- with extras like refrigerated soft drinks and chocolate bars!! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much xxx

Even though there was issue with hot water tank while we were there, they attempted to make it better for us

Ligging is zeer centraal t.o.v. winkels, uitgaan, musea, horeca. De kamer is ruim en volledig.

The room was very nice and it was easy to communicate with Hannah In the bath room there were a few cracks in the title. The entire room was very clean. Great Internet speed

Vom Optischen und der Lage her kann man sich definitiv nicht beklagen. Der Check-In und Out hat super geklappt und das Personal ist auch sehr nett. Wir würden wieder kommen.

1st floor unit was very smoky smelling when we arrived. Dark inside. Loud from street noise. Fun view of canal from living area.

The location was amazing, we were within walking distance to everything. Unfortunately we had the ground floor apartment, and it seem to have a spider problem. Me and my children left with huge spider bites.

We loved the view from the room - the highlight of this property. It was also clean and spacious for us as a family of 3. The beds were comfortable and the addition of a kettle, coffee maker and good-sized fridge was really helpful. It is let down by the condition in some areas - the main negative being the bad drain smell from the bathroom most of our stay. The smoke alarm in the room was also missing and there were areas that needed repair (panel in the kitchen comes off when you open the fridge door, and has a sharp edge so it slightly cut my husband's finger). We told the lady who came to meet us on our second day, and she apologised and said she was waiting for a new alarm, the panel would be seen to and the drains cleaned. By the end of the stay the drain smell was no better and the panel fixed back on with the same issues continuing. No smoke alarm. We had a great time in the city, we really enjoyed the view from the room and felt safe and mostly comfortable here. We wouldn't recommend it to friends and family because of the negative aspects which need to be addressed.

Door was closed at all times, no staff or lobby, no cuatomer service number. Expedia representative called them as well and they do not answer. Terrible experience

Mycket bra läge, vacker utsikt över kanalen. Snyggt rum. Trevlig personal som var mycket tillmötesgående trots att jag aldrig såg dem utan bara pratade i telefon med dem. Rekommenderas.
