Good: Location. Few minutes walk to the train station. Need Improvement: Shower booth and Air Conditioning. Water escape from the Shower booth easily which cause toilet floor get wet. Unable to adjust Air Conditioning Temperature.

メトロ駅から近くて便利。スタッフが親切。部屋やバスルームの掃除が行き届いていない。具体的にはティーセットまわりが埃をかぶっている。洗面所の鏡や洗面台がきちんと拭かれていない。シャワー床の髪の毛を捨てていないなど。

Hotel is dated and the whole area seems to be a little unsafe. Worst of all: reception called me at 5.30 am in the morning to let me know that they forgot to take my credit card details at check in. A phone call from the reception at 5.30 am; ridiculous ! So if you need sleep at night, you better stay away from this place !!

Vi har varit i Amsterdam och ska vidare till Belgien. Bra att övernatta här. Lätt att ta metron in till city. Rummet var rent och fräscht. Ett rökfritt hotell men när vi öppnade vår rumsdörrar ut i korridoren så luktade det väldigt mkt cannabis. Området där hotellet ligger är under uppbyggnad så inget område att vistas i.

Customer service was awful. Staff was rude. Room didn’t have a phone & was cold. Bin lid in the bathroom was broken. Pillows had hair on them.

Stayed here 5years ago and now, yesterday. The beds are still hard. The only negative thing about the room really. 😊 If you are going to a concert (ziggo dome, afas live) or a match (ajax), this is a perfect place to stay if you dont want to bother with transport to and from Amsterdam city. There is a cinema 10min away, same as shopping area etc. I enjoy coming back here when going to a concert. Have many fond memories from staying here! Never had any issues 😊 More than 3 nights and your whole body hurts though..so if you like comfy beds. Try somewhere else 😅 very quite here!!

Property was about a 2-hour walk from Central Rail station. So you will have to get to know the transit. But M54 train will take you directly to and back from City Central Rail and then everything else is in walking distance. Hotel was clean and except for a few slamming doors and people coming in at 2:00 a.m. in the morning it was very quiet. The stuff was very helpful. I plan on staying here again in the near future and I would recommend this property although it is a little bit overpriced but this is Amsterdam after all and everything here is expensive

Close by to restaurants, metro and Ziggo Dome which is why I was there. Got an upgrade on my room from a single to a triple unprompted which was great. Hotel has vending machines and is in a quiet area.

Det var hårstrån och smuts kvar i badrummet. Golvet i hall och rum var så slitna att det saknades bitar från det. Det var oerhört lyhört mellan rummen.
