コップは使ったものがそのまま置かれていたり、タオルやトイレットペーパー、ティッシュが切れたままだった。

立地は良かった。 口コミが良かったのとアメニティーが充実してたので4泊宿泊。なのにバスローブ、歯ブラシもなく、コンディショナーはポンプが壊れていて出てこず冷蔵庫には飲みかけの水が入っていた。ホテルとして基本的な事ができていない。フロントへ連絡すると改善されたものの、デンハーグで同じ系列のホテルは清潔感があっただけにとても残念。

Perfect location to walk from train station. Tram right in front of hotel to museums. very convenient!

Very nice hotel in an excellent location near the train station and many tram lines. The rooms are very pleasant, the staff is friendly and capable, and the breakfast options are excellent. (The bathrooms could use more towel bars.)

Magnífico hotel súper bien situado puedes ir de aeropuerto a la estación central y de ahí 5 minutos caminando al hotel desayuno excelente camadas cómodas todo muy bien

Great hotel in a great area... We had an overnight layover in Amsterdam and this hotel was perfect for us to relax and catch a breather. Hotel is clean and modern, not to mention perfectly situated in the Amsterdam City Center. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.
