Need to install air conditioner (cooler). Because it was too hot and there is only air circulation. In addition, need to install refrigerator. Need to give us free water bottle.

仲間が携帯をタクシーに忘れた時、早朝にもかかわらずフロントの若い男性スタッフが迅速かつ親切に対応してくれました。お陰で無事手元に戻りました。 感謝。

今回で２回目の滞在です。手ごろな価格で、ホテル併設のBARも楽しめました。

ファミリールームに友達4人で宿泊。部屋にはダブルベッドと二段ベットがありスーツケースを広げてもまだスペースにゆとりがある位ゆったりとしていて、簡易冷蔵庫とコーヒーカップもあり、スーパーで買って来たパンや果物、サラダなどで充分食事ができた。シャワーとバスタブは別にあり、水圧も問題なかった。ただここはやはりオランダ。シャワーの位置、バスタオルの置いてある棚がもの凄く高く取るのに一苦労した。しかしリーズナブルな値段で快適に過ごせたのでお薦めしたいホテルです。

The bar was closed as it was late on New Years Day but the nice young lady at the hotel desk directed us to De Beren Restaurant and Bar which was great!

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly as well as helpful. The restaurant has delicious food.

Après un changement de chambre 411 pour cause de ventilation manifestement bruyante, nous récupérons certes une chambre 302, mais glaciale, sans aucun moyen de chauffage en plein mois de novembre.

Very nice location, very friendly staff and the attached pub/brewery is a gem!

The hotel was great and my only negative was on the first day it was not obvious where parking for the hotel was situated. Earlier signs would help with this.

The check in staff was very nice. Except the next day, I went down and asked the desk for a Cork screw, very politely. The young lady scolded me. Looked at me with a curled lip and told me “NOONE has ever brought wine before”… like I was nuts. She directed me briskly to the bar, where I was told there wasn’t a corkscrew. It was probably lost. I’m sure I saw corked wine bottles for sale in racks. I asked about the bar upstairs, she said it was closed and shrugged….pretty sure it was set to open very shortly as I had a coffee there the night before around the same time. This staff member was sympathetic and sweet though. I bought a corkscrew, finally had the special wine I’d been packing from Greece and donated it to the front desk, implored them to keep it for the next guests. It was like the twilight zone… did not like the young girl with dark curly hair giving me the massive attitude like I was out of line asking for something so common. Hate to say super snooty, it was really just one person that soured me. The rest of the hotel was good. Some silverfish looking bugs in the room, but not the worst pest to encounter.

It’s ok but to formal, the rooms are to small & it to much like a school, the breakfast is to expensive & basic so we choose not to have this, but it’s in a good location, & for us as a couple we would not stay again 👀

Great location and nice stay

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious I upgraded to have a bath. We enjoyed visiting Almere and the surrounding area was lovely. We didn’t hire a bike in the end but if we had stayed longer I think we would have the bike paths and walking paths were amazing away from cars. I think I could live here.

They have no air conditioning in the rooms. Small windows and it was too hot in ther.

El lugar está muy bien, es cómodo... La primera noche notamos que no nos habían hecho el aseo asi que preguntamos y nos dijeron que había que pedirlo. Pero a otros compañeros de viaje se los hicieron sin pedirlo

The hotel is in a good location with a modern and diverse shopping district a stones throw away. Plenty of selection for restaurants and fast food nearby. A 10 minute walk from hotel to the station and a 20 minute train from there to Amsterdam Central. The rooms have nice decor and were suitably spacious. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My one issue was the lack of cleaning service provided during my stay. They only clean rooms on request. Despite requesting this through the online guest service and again with reception staff my room never received cleaning throughout my four night stay. I would likely return again for the reasonably priced room and convenient location.
