I stayed with our baby. Front staff suggested great plan to stay. At the first night, my baby played with facilities of the room and it looks like a little danger. So front staff managed the room. After that, we can spend great holidays in this hotel. Great staff, great hospitality !! Thank you!

Oberamstel駅前。朝食会場が広く快適。サラダもあり、全般的に味も満足。オムレツなどライブキッチンあり。ジムも設備が充実。 付近に店はないが水などはロビーで販売。

地下鉄駅からも近く大変便利な場所で満足できた。唯一残念なのはチェックインに長蛇の列が出来てしばらく待たされたことだった。

スキポール空港に行く為に前日ホテルスタッフにタクシーを06：30に予約したが、当日06：30を過ぎてもタクシーは来ず、こちらからスタッフに確認をしなければならなかった。引継ぎ等があれば良かったのかなと思う。

Very nice hotel near the station. Too bad there is no shops or restaurants around the hotel.

多国籍に慣れているスタッフが多い感じですね。 長期間滞在しましたが、非常に良いhotelです。 Thank you for Awsome stay! (☝ ՞ਊ ՞）☝

開店直後だったため、スタッフも慣れておらずバタバタしている印象でした。 エレベーターは上下ボタンや、内部にも階数ボタンが無いタイプで使用方法が分からないお客さんで右往左往でしたが、チェックイン時に説明が無かったので迷います。

I was assigned room 924 at first and it was by the elevators. There is a very loud noise when elevators go up and down, a very high pitch wind noise. I told the Hotel Reception the following day and was able to move to a different room. Hotel Reception told me it’s an known issue and the elevators will be repaired. Ask not to be by elevators if possible!

Hotel is located right next to a metro station and is generally in good condition. But the architects really screwed up regarding the elevators. In the rooms near the elevators you have loud noise every time they move... Make sure you ask for a room far far far away from the elevators. The staff know this and they are regularly moving guests around...

Super hotel

The breakfast buffet was definitely the highlight! A generous selection and everything was very tasty. Good location - away from the hustle and bustle so you could get a good night's sleep but right next to metro station Overamstel so that the center as well as the airport was only a short ride away. The reception staff were so friendly and always happy to help. The room was nice and included an espresso machine (could also make hot water for tea). Bathroom spacious. Cleanliness ok but could have been a little better, especially in the bathroom where there was dust on the surfaces and the shower drain probably wasn't cleaned since water rose on the floor when showering. The room was a little warm during the night and you couldn't open the window (8th floor), but I'm sure you could ask the reception for a fan (we didn't since it was manageable). Overall a nice hotel at a good location, with wonderful breakfast and friendly staff!

Good stay!

In general the hotel is really nice. Staff was really helpful and added one extra bed to the room because of our request. However they said I have to pay extra 45€ during check out even though I have already paid for the extra bed and breakfast during check in. I asked what is it for and then they checked everything and said everything is okay so I’m wondering what if I didn’t ask about this transaction. Breakfast is excellent. Close to metro station but located in the quiet area. Room wasn’t very good cleaned. I could feel bad smell in the shower in the first day. We requested cleaning service on the 3rd day. I guess they just changed our towels and throw the garbage. They didn’t bring new soap/shampoo bottle and didn’t clean the floor. So this place is fine but definitely could be better

For a 4 star hotel, I expect the rooms to be clean and in a good overall condition. We had multiple rooms and all showers were full of chalk. In every of these rooms one part of the furniture were in "heavily used" or simply damaged (a layer of wood from the nightstand has come off / the leather of the stool has "holes and deep scratches in it / ...). In one of the rooms the sink in the shower was really clogged up. Even after multiple cleaning services, the sink remains clogged. After a few days the breakfast has been moved from the very welcoming breakfast room to the confrence rooms. The reason for this hasn't been communicated. Just a short message with an "Sorry" for the inconvenience has been published. Eating in these conference rooms was very uncomfortable. Also the hygiene standards (like the sneeze guards over the food) were simply ignored for that time. They have a modern elevator system. You have a panel which is touch based. You select the floor you want to go to and the touch panel tells you which elevator to take (A, B, C or D). However, if you are on the 16th floor or something you sometimes have to wait for more than 5 minutes to the get the elevator. One of my colleagues actually waited 10 minutes ... there is no sign for a stairway but on the other hand, going to the 10th floor by stairs every single day?

Hotel was beautiful. Only 2 minutes from the metro station and only a short ride into the centre. Will definitely be booking this hotel again next year.

Todo súper bien. Un poco retirado de los lugares turísticos pero tiene la estación del metro enfrente por lo que es súper fácil desplazarse.
