長い滞在には向いているし、ファシリティは良いが近隣に何もなくアクセスに難あり。

This property exceeded our expectations. Although it is far from the city proper, this added a plus point in the score given. There was a good neighborhood vibe away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. The property, from the hallway up to the apartment smells very pleasant. The apartment is very clean and equipped woth everything we need. Airconditioning was good as well as all the amenities. So far, I can say this is the best accomodation we ever stayed in. We also stayed in Numa Rome which was very good as well but this I can say is better x Definitely coming back.

I love this place. Easy to drive to or travel by foot. Just outside the centre so not busy. Apartment has all the essentials needed. Albert heijn a 5 minute walk and friendly staff. Stayed once before but came by foot. This time i drove. Carpark safe clean and under the building which is great. A++

This property needs a ramp to bring the luggage to hotel , currently only few steps are available and with heavy luggage it's difficult to climb

Los apartamentos Numa en Ámsterdam están prácticamente nuevos, bien equipados y cómodos. Quizás un poco alejados del centro, pero bien comunicados. Lo peor de la experiencia fue el aparcamiento: cada día, para poder salir, había que enviar una foto del ticket por WhatsApp al equipo de Numa para validarlo. En dos ocasiones tardaron más de una hora y nos quedamos bloqueados. El último día teníamos un vuelo y casi lo perdemos por el retraso. Presenté una reclamación y me han confirmado que me devolverán el importe de ese día, pero este sistema de validación debería solucionarse urgentemente porque empaña una estancia que, por lo demás, sería excelente.

Stayed with my family. Hassle free check-in, and top notch on cleanliness. Will book again anyday, for stay in Amsterdam!✨ One key thing to note though is that it takes ~10min to walk to the bus stop and ~20minutes from there to the Central Station. The area was super safe and pleasant to walk around, during the stay in any case.

Wonderful hotel - large 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed. Washer /dryer present as well as a full kitchen with dishwasher. Paid parking on site with in/out privileges. Easy communication to get into unit which is nice and soundproof. Only negative is location which doesn’t have much that is close by. You have to drive to restaurants and to the tourist areas.

Pros: good location, newer apartment, spacious car park garage and responsiveness of host company via WhatsApp Cons: Booked & charged for executive apartment but the room assigned was different and much smaller, Despite giving credit card info at the time of booking it wasn’t charged and had to make last minute payment so the room could be assigned, the door from garage to building requires a full grown man charge to it to open, coffee maker in the room didn’t work properly, no bread toaster in the apartment other guests in building used microwave causing fire alarm and evacuation from the building

Great and new property, nice area within walking distance to public transportation.

No hay personal en recepción y no recibimos a tiempo el correo para hacer el check in. Tuvimos que esperar a que alguien nos pudiera ayudar

Fantastic stay would stay again. The only improvement would be cleanliness as the microwave was dirty and no sheets were provided for the sofa bed. However they do have an essential cupboard which you can help yourself to stuff that is needed.

Our apartment had all the amenities we needed, was walkable from bus and tram lines, a little further out from the city hub-bub which we appreciated. Our stay happened as the hotel was transitioning to new owners. LOVED our stay!!! Thank you NUMA, all the best on the new ownership endeavor!

The apartment was clean quiet

Loved having a kitchen even just for a short stay. The area is clean, quiet, fun to walk around in and close to the water which was nice. Short drive (15-20) to the center of the city.

The property is located in the outskirts of downtown on the east side. The rooms and suites are very spacious but you have to walk about 8 minutes to get to the bus to downtown which takes about 30 minutes. We also used Uber and Bolt.

I needed an early checkin and they held our luggage so we could explore the area. It was a bit far from the centre, but we didn’t mind the train ride.

Pros: nice location. good scenery. staff was very plesent and willing to help where they could. Cons: not much comfort in the living room space. was interrupted by engineers who didnt check to see if we were present in the room. internet was not working on our last day.
